Add the ability to pin or favorite linked SharePoint files or folders within Workfront (Documents area) to enable quicker access to frequently used external items, improving efficiency within the Workfront–SharePoint integration.

    Hi Michael, there’s a workaround that could get you close.

    • Create a dashboard
    • Add external links
      • set the height to 1px
    • Pin dashboard

    The nice thing about a dashboard is that you can add them to your (projects, dashboard) left nav as well.

    Thank you for sharing this workaround - I really appreciate it. We’re looking for a way to pin or favorite specific Sharepoint folders or files within the Add new document area so that we can easily link SharePoint files or folders to a Workfront project, task, or issue. The proposed workaround would be helpful to compile a list of shortcuts to external links however it doesn’t provide that level of granularity we’re looking for.
