Adobe Workfront

I'm trying to create a report that will give me a list of all Active Programs that have only Completed Projects within them.   

I inherited a Workfront instance and when new users are added to our system, they automatically default to a Home Group called Information Services.   Can someone please tell me where this information is pulling from?   We have many groups in WF, so not sure why this is the default. Thank you

I only just realized that when license types changed to Standard/Light/Contributor/External many of our user's access levels changed to those default types as well. Prior to the change we had a lot of custom access levels set for various user groups, but it seems like those are no longer relevant. Are access levels and licences essentially the same thing now? Has anyone else experienced this? Secondly, we want the bulk of our users to only have access to projects that they are involved with, but in my discussions with Workfront support it seems like the only way to do that is to grant them access to projects on an individual basis (see below). Does anyone know a way around this? We ideally by default only want users to be able to view their projects in the system and nothing else.  Thank you! Workfront support response:  By default, Workfront access levels apply broadly, which means users with “View” access can potentially see all projects and documents. Hi thereI'm trying to create a somewhat Complex calculated expression for 6 Separate data fields where the DATE is populated or empty.I was able to get TWO arguments in the expression to give correct results, but run into trouble when the IF and the && come in.I don't think I can use the OR || because it's not an OR type of expression. It would go like this, but it has all be combinedBasically in human language first:If my first field has no date, then "Start Checklist". If My First field is Populated and the Other 5 are blank then 'I have completed First Check". Hi I have a project where the project-level schedule is set to A.At the user level, the assignee has a schedule set to B.The project is configured with "Consider user time off in task durations" enabled.My understanding is that for a task with this setup (one task, one assignee), the task start and end dates would take both schedule A and schedule B into account.In other words, if schedule A includes US holidays and schedule B includes UK holidays, the task would start on a day that is not a holiday in either country.However, in my testing this does not seem to be the case. Am I misunderstanding how this works?

I've been unsuccessfully trying to get Project Settings-Task Default Custom Forms to show on a report. It seems like it should be possible on a project report, but I can't get the correct text mode. Default Task Approval in Project Settings is selectable as a column without text mode. Most of the time, when I do a basic search for something, like a keyword, it finds much better results than in a report. It would be amazing if the results from a search could also be exported to Excel. Is this a function already and I am just not seeing it?

I could see that spellings are not auto corrected or suggestions are not provided in the Workfront. Could you please check if this option is available. 

I'm using "update" section in Workfront to convey my messages to stakeholders. Is there any option to store my custom email templates and use the same whenever necessary in update section. It would be helpful if we have such option.  

I've been asked to create a report showing the length of time it takes for our program review task. We don't track time, but if we can isolate how long it takes for that one to be checked off, that would work. I want to be able to show portfolio and program along with the project category (web, print, email, etc.) Any ideas? 

When Contributor and Light users click on the New button on My Requests widget, it opens a window to select a project to and to create a request under that project.What we need for it to do is open the Requests queue window. Is there somewhere in Setup where I can make this change for all roles? I need for all users to get the Request queue window. Thanks!

Hi all,  Searching the forum saw some chatter on this topic, but I wasn't able to find a concrete solution.  Currently, some of our users are wandering into projects and opening proofs without having been added as reviewers.  This automatically generates a second stage of review with no deadline, which throws a wrench into our reporting and dashboards.  Is there a global setting we can enable to prevent this behavior? Or generate a "request access" screen if a user tries to open a proof they weren't added to?  Advice is much appreciated!
