As of September 25, 2025, Adobe Admin Console (AAC) introduced support for IP-based Access Control . To ensure a smooth transition, Marketo Engage’s IP-based login restrictions have remained available, giving organizations time to adjust to the differences between the legacy feature and AAC’s new capabilities. The full transition to AAC was initially planned for completion by the end of Q1 2026. However, based on customer feedback, Adobe has extended support for the legacy feature and moved the transition target to the Q1 2027. This extension allows additional time to deliver enhancements in AAC that will provide stronger parity with the legacy experience. Please note that Marketo Engage's IP-Based API Access feature operates independently of Marketo Engage’s IP-based login restrictions that are being replaced by Admin Console’s IP-based access control. Hi community,I've been working with the Facebook Lead Ads API for the past few days. I noticed that it only updates the activity log for people who already exist in Marketo. However, it doesn't create a new person when someone who isn't already in Marketo submits a lead form on Facebook. I'm not sure why it's not working as expected. The API correctly updates the activity "Filled out Facebook Lead Form" in the activity log for people who already exist in the database, so it doesn't seem to be a field mapping issue. I also checked the "Person Source" field, and there's no value indicating "Facebook Lead Ads". Has anyone else encountered this issue before? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Just for testing, I removed the table in the template and replaced it with div class. Hi Everyone, I'm looking for some help with Velocity scripting to auto populate the Email ID (or Asset ID) in order to include this Marketo system Asset ID as a parameter attached to the links in my email. I found a few articles in the community (like this one: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/ideas/email-id-system-token/idi-p/278839#comments) that uses Velocity scripting to extract the email ID from the xMarketoIdHdr header.  I used the script from this post and the VS token I created does work and populated the Asset ID if added to the email as token within a text element. However, when I add this token or variable to my URL as a parameter, this does not appear to work unless I disable my tracking which is what I don't want. So, when I append the URL to include this VS Token parameter, this is the result and the EmailID looks like this (also note that the Asset ID isn't populated here:https://www.example.com/index.html?cta_id=article-ban-masthead&E

Hi everyone,  We recently discovered that Marketo has removed the Forward to Friend functionality, which was a highly requested and successful feature for our teams. Our primary use case was:A business partner forwards an event invitation to a colleague or client. A new email is sent to that recipient. When the recipient registers, Marketo attributes the registration to the forwarded email (helpful for tracking and reporting). Without this feature, we have had issues when people manually forward emails - elements break, tracking becomes unreliable, and attribution is lost. Has anyone found a good workaround or alternative to replicate this functionality?  Thank you!
