Good morning! I was curious if anyone has conducted any proof of concept testing with AJO MCP connecter (currently testing with Claude) and what use cases you are finding helpful? 

All,  Has something changed with the Snaphot dataset, specifically the segmentMembership. The current journey design adopts wait steps after each segment ranging from 30 mins to 4.5 hrs. This unnecessarily uses a wait nodes. I want to simplify the journey/reduce the number of nodes. Therefore, I instead want to replace these wait nodes with a single custom wait step. I have written an expression. The AJO expression editor has validated the syntax (yay!), so it seems I might be on the right track. We have an ongoing requirement where API triggered campaign will be triggered from CDS source system when they make the API call. The namespace we are using is EID - which is the profile identifier for the existing users within company’s system. Now, we need to integrate another namespace which will be non-profile identifier for new first-time users which are not present in the source system. The source system integration with AJO API triggered campaign is based on campaignID value which is unique per campaign. Now, we cannot add 2 namespaces within same campaign and creating multiple campaign versions based on namespace is not a viable solution. Is there any way we can accommodate the requirement of non-profile identifier and profile identifier both within same campaign? As the campaigns will be relevant for new & existing users both. Another caveat is that in AJO we cannot store the JSON data for API triggered campaigns, only the event-based data will be available in profile stor

Hi everyone, I’m building an abandoned cart flow and hitting an identity namespace limitation.Journey starts with a web pageView (Namespace: CICID). Waits 15 mins, then sends a WhatsApp message. Needs to wait for a WhatsApp button tap (Unitary Event, Namespace: Phone).A single journey locks to CICID, preventing me from adding the Phone unitary event in the middle. Supplemental Identifiers aren't an option since both are person-based identities.The Catch:I need contextual payload data from both events simultaneously to execute the final step: the cart data from the web event, and the wamId and button text directly from the incoming WhatsApp event payload.My Current Workaround:I split this into two journeys:Journey 1 (CICID): Fires on the web event, sends the WhatsApp message, and uses an Update Profile activity to temporarily park the cart data into custom fields on the user's AEP Profile. since orchestrated campaign doesnt have step even, how to determine if profile has entered into campaign but not yet exited ? this is to ensure that they dont re-enter the campaign which runs on scheduler every day which its already part of campaign from previous day but not yet exited the campaing.

Hi, I'm currently testing In-App messaging and the In-App works correctly when triggered through a Campaign, but not when triggered through a Journey, even though I'm using the same event trigger (application.launch) in both cases. In the Journey, the event is triggered successfully and the profile enters the In-App step, but the message never displays on the device. There are no errors shown, and the message works as expected when tested via Campaign. Has anyone experienced this behavior? Are there specific considerations or limitations when using In-App within Journeys versus Campaigns?

I thought about using Decisioning. Case is like this: User abandons cart with last search flight  How to map automatically map the asset with the the specific flight which was searched? User looked for Poland - polish creation, user looked for US - us creation etc  Can we do the 50 rules and then map these rules with creations? Do you know easier way?  If I want to use JSON as a response for example for mobile app (creation would be mapped in Mobile app CMS) can I automatically use the map the searched country into event structure in one Decision?

Hello Community,​I am looking for clarification on the prioritization logic in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) when a Code-based Campaign and a Code-based Journey are active on the same surface.​The Scenario:I have a Code-based Campaign and a Code-based Journey targeting the exact same surface URL.​Campaign Priority: Set to a higher score.​Journey Priority: Set to a lower score.​The Observation:​On First Visit: The Campaign experience is displayed (as expected based on priority).​On Second Visit: The Journey experience is displayed, even though the Campaign is higher priority.​The "Journey State" Factor:Within my Journey, once a user qualifies, they trigger a Code-based Experience action, which is immediately followed by a 21-day Wait activity.​I suspect that once the user enters the Wait period, they are considered "realized" or "locked" in that journey state. Hey Community,          I’m trying to edit an email content and save the changes of a live journey. However the issue is that I can’t find the save option even though there is a tip-tool box mentioning that option. This save button used to be present before the generic Action activity update and that used to republish the journey. And my updated content logic is not being rendered in the new subsequent emails. Note: I can see the modified changes within the email designer.Even in the documentation the save button is not present (in screenshot) and doesn’t provide clear & helpful steps to proceed. I’d not want to create new versions just for every frequent & small updates. Appreciate any help on this! Thanks,Ganesh Kumar

Hello Team,Does anyone has experience working with Custom action using mTLS certificate-based authentication ?I am trying to make an API call that uses mTLS certificate-based authentication (the certificate is used for both authentication and authorization). As per Adobe documentation - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/landing/governance-privacy-security/encryption#mtls-protocol-support:~:text=of%20the%20data.-,mTLS%20protocol%20support,-You%20can%20now , no changes are required in the custom action or journey, as Adobe will automatically handle the process to enable mTLS.
