Hello, I’m working through the Adobe Analytics Workspace certification training and noticed what may be an issue in one of the Fallout tutorial videos. The same wording appears in the video and in the transcript, so I wanted to check whether I’m interpreting it correctly or if the tutorial may need an update.“The blue portion of the bar shows the percentage of visitors who fell through and performed the next action, whereas the gray section of the bar shows the percentage of the visitors who did not. And this is all against the total of visitors who arrived at the first touchpoint.”My understanding is that the gray portion is against the previous step. That is what works out mathematically. Can someone confirm whether this is an error in the tutorial, or if I’m missing something in how Fallout is being explained?Thanks.

Hi, on load of the default page Orders, image beacon is firing as usual. However when user clicks on Pending Orders, Delivered Orders, Pricing Management, Notification Settings to view those pages,  we are getting below error message “dataLatyer.getState() is not a function”. May be internal pages are single page applications. Need your help to fix this error.    

Hi all,During Adobe Summit I saw a demo of the Journey Canvas in Adobe Analytics, and I noticed in the release notes that general availability was announced on June 5. However, I still don’t see the Journey Canvas available in my Adobe Analytics environment, even after checking regularly. We currently have 3 report suites in Analytics which we have set up the Analytics Data Connector to pull those into AEP so they can be used in CJA. 2 of the 3 report suites have migrated from legacy Launch to SDK and are now being captured in our AEP SDK dataset. I am thinking to remove the 2 ADC datasets from CJA and replace them with the AEP SDK dataset but I’m conscious the AEP SDK dataset will be real-time and the ADC dataset will continue to be batch. What are the considerations we should be aware of when looking at reporting data that is partially real-time and partially batch?

Is it possible to update the format of the timestamp column when exporting to csv. Currently the default timestamp column exports to csv as a unix timestamp in excel  Thank you  

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with Adobe Analytics on our mobile app and hoping someone can clarify whether this is expected behavior or a configuration gap.We’ve noticed that on certain flows, when a user completes a purchase and lands on the Purchase Confirmation page, if they suspend the app immediately (background the app, switch apps, lock the device, etc.), our Track State and Track Action calls for the confirmation step do not fire.This is causing a measurable drop in attribution — we’re missing at least ~20 confirmed customers per day because the confirmation events never reach Adobe.Expected behaviorTrack State / Track Action should fire as soon as the user lands on the confirmation page, even if the app is suspended right afterward.Actual behaviorEvents only fire if the user stays active on the confirmation page long enough for the hit to dispatch. I have a table that includes the Unique Visitors metric, and I use the Compare Time Periods feature to add a comparison column (for example, comparing the current period to the same period last year).However, when I change the workspace date range from July 2026 to June 2026, the primary Unique Visitors column updates with June 2026 data automatically, but the comparison column does not. It continues to display values for July 2025 rather than updating to June 2025.Is there a way to configure the comparison period so that it dynamically updates based on the workspace date range selection (e.g., always comparing the selected date range to the corresponding period from the previous year)?

Hello the amazing Adobe Community, I am looking to understand a metrics.We have form conversion set as Segmented “Visit Container” with event## to fire when user submit a form Then create a calculate metrics using that Visit Container Segment + the (Visit) metric is our Form Conversion We want to understand why when we have last touch channel broken down and when we sum the form conversion for each of the channel it doesn’t add up to the “Deduplicate total within the workspace” example using dummy numbers. Can someone explain what is causing this? We understand that visits and sum should have slight difference of approx. 5% but for our form conversion calculated metrics its >15% difference between workspace number and total number. Explain in technical term is also welcome. Body:Hi everyone, We’re in the middle of migrating our mobile apps from Tealium to Adobe’s mobile SDKs, and we’ve run into a challenge with Org IDs that I’m hoping to get some guidance on.Current SetupWe currently have two different Adobe Org IDs in use: Adobe Analytics v5 SDK (Legacy) Data flows directly into Adobe Analytics Uses Org ID #1 AEP Mobile SDK (New) Data flows into Adobe Experience Platform Uses Org ID #2 The ProblemDuring the migration, we need both data streams to continue: Data must still flow into Adobe Analytics (Org ID #1) Data must also flow into AEP (Org ID #2) However, since the AEP Mobile SDK is tied to a single Org ID, we’re unsure how to architect the migration so that both systems receive the same events.Questions Is it possible to send events to AEP using MobileCore.trackAction / sendEvent, and then use Event Forwarding to route those events into Adobe Analytics (Org ID #1)? Hello!I’m fairly new to the Adobe Analytics and because of it, I’m still discovering some of its functionalities.Recently, I spotted MANY views coming from a specific country (Singapore) compared to other Asian (and even non-asian) countries.Is there a way to know if most of it is due to bot traffic?I have the Enable IAB Bot Filtering Rules checked. I already filtered that traffic by some dimensions, like average time per visits (which is extremely short) , Operating system (which barely include any traffic from systems like Linux, most of it comes from Apple Macintosh); but filtering by dimension values, I don’t feel confident enough to conclude if it’s bot traffic or not.How are the usual way you use to check out bot traffic?Thank you in advance

I'm investigating a sudden increase in traffic attributed to the Direct marketing channel and would appreciate insights from others who have encountered similar situations.BackgroundThe landing page URL is not a vanity URL and is unlikely to be manually typed. Historically, most traffic to this page came from Paid Search and Organic Search. Recently, Direct traffic has increased significantly and is now more than double the volume of either Paid Search or Organic Search. No obvious business changes have been identified that would explain users suddenly navigating directly to this URL.QuestionsWhat are the common reasons for a sudden increase in Direct traffic for a URL that is unlikely to be typed or bookmarked? What attribution or tracking issues could cause traffic that should belong to another channel to be classified as Direct? What debugging steps would you recommend to determine whether this is a genuine traffic change or a measurement issue?

Hi all! We have an eVar to capture the searches in our website. We capture exactly what is typed in the search box, and some people use “” to find the exact match. So, if you check on the debugger, you see it’s captured correctly, like “”example””. But, once you use this eVar in Workspace, for instance in a Freeform table, it seems that those “” are removed (via CSS?), so the table shows 2 values that look exactly the same, but if you inspect the element, you can see that those “” are there.2 different values that are displayed as the same Any ideas? I have a table of the five percentile metrics in it. The rows are page name. I get the same numeric values for all pages. This is a scope issue but I can not find how to change the attribution on these are make them session/person scoped. Working CJA.   

is there a way to create a dynamic time range comparison that always pull the previous selected period regardless of length. for example. if i selected in the date range for the panel june 9-june 19 the camparison would compare it to june 8th to May 29. and if i changed the date range to look at june 10-june 12 it would then compare it to june 7-june 9. does that make sense? 

Is there a way to move historical Data from one Report suite to Another? We want to move data from last year to a new report suite in which we have collecting data from this year February. 

I need to create a custom last 6 month date range component  that automatically calculates a "last 6 months" window relative to that panel's date. What is the best approach or logic to derive this 6-month lookback period dynamically?

Hello, I have a Power BI Web Analytics Dashboard and I extract my data from Adobe Analytics using Report Builder and Datawarehouse. I am looking to explore ways of replicating Adobe Analytics visuals such as: user journey flow and fallout visual in Power BI. Do you have any ideas of how can I replicate these in Power BI, what data do I need to extract from Adobe Analytics?I want to mention that I don’t want to use API or Raw Data Feeds as these require a higher level of effort and constant maintenance and my client does not want that. Is there any workaround? Or alternatives to understand how users navigate through the website? Any idea is welcomed.Thank you,

I currently have two separate Excel workbooks containing Adobe Report Builder requests—one with 100 requests and another with 50. Right now, I am using standard Excel copy-paste and cell references to display the data from both in a single file.What is the best way to migrate the 50 active Report Builder requests directly into the 100-request workbook so they all run natively from a single consolidated file?"

Recently, I believe after the latest release, when you now go to Share a Project, you have to double click in the full share link to copy it.Previously you could just click the ‘Tick’ and it would copy it. Not sure if this is a bug or a change on the feature, but please revert it to how it used to work for efficiency.  

The latest change to the UX on visualisations on the legends is poor.You can now no longer read them, if your dimensions and metrics used are now longer in name than a few letters.We regularly use multiple segments/dimensions to trend or use custom build segments for our needs and now trying to do some quick analysis is, quite frankly, not quick any more as you can’t read the legdends. Adobe, please put a fix in for this. 

I'm sharing in case you run across this issue or have a solution. I've run across an issue with migrating classification rules containing custom text values. If the old rule contains a rule type of Regular Expression and a custom text value in the "To" field, the regex does not migrate. I open the rule in the new Classification Sets interface, go to Rules, then click Migrate. The migration completes but the rule screen is blank with the message “Drag and drop a function to get started”. The original rules are missing. (There is no "try and migrate again" option.) Ok. So, I needed to manually rebuild the rules. (If there had been a lot of rules, that would have been a burden.) I rebuilt the rule, saved the rule, and activated it. Some days later, I checked the report and the report did not show the expected custom value but showed "Unknown" instead. After a week, it still showed "Unknown". I then changed the new rule to use $1 instead of the custom value. I checked the report and that w

After a promo email went out, we got a huge spike from Microsoft-based IPs. I believe we got about 300K UV in 4 hours, so it’s likely from their email scanners. This seems like an old problem that is popping up again in 2026. Does anyone have a way to mitigate reporting this traffic as UVs? We’re using Cloudflare, but they even bypassed that.

Hello,I’m troubleshooting an Adobe Analytics implementation for a mobile app using AEP Edge Network. Context: App sends screenView xdm.eventType = web.webpagedetails.pageViews Page name is mapped to _experience.analytics.session.web.webpagedetails.name pageViews.value = 1 eVar14 is populated in the same Analytics hit and represents the platform Web Platform Hit is successfully processed (droppedHit = false) In Workspace: Page Views are correctly reported eVar14 has values Web data behaves normally Issue:When I apply eVar14 as filter, this is the result:  This does not seem to be a mapping or timing issue, since both values exist in the same hit payload.Here is part of the mapping: My question:Could this behavior indicate that something is incorrect or missing in the Analytics mapping, even though both the Page View and the eVar are present in the same Analytics hit? Hi everyone, Noticing in our data that the majority of iOS data from Pinterest (identified with campaign codes) comes in with an unspecified referrer and referring domain in Adobe Analytics. Wondering if the team knows of any reason this might happen? Maybe something with the webviews in their native app, or is there some known redirect they perform. I know pinterest is a large ad platform so hoping someone else has insight on this issue.

Running into an intermittent issue with Adobe Analytics click tracking in Safari I'm using Adobe Launch (_satellite) for analytics tracking, and when users click a button that triggers a page refresh/navigation, the analytics hits aren't consistently being recorded in Safari.The issue is intermittent, which makes it particularly tricky to debug.I added the 100ms timeout specifically for Safari click tracking issues, but the problem persists intermittently. The_satellite library is available and loading fine The issue seems to be that the analytics tracking beacon doesn't complete before the page refreshes 100ms timeout isn't consistently reliable Any Safari-specific considerations I should be aware of?
