Does anyone knows the API for converting an issue to a project in postman?

I created a report using text mode to group a task report by assignment, program and portfolio. I can see the groupings in the report details, but charting is not working. When I try to group the chart by program, I only see “project,” which does not give me what I’m looking for. Hi team, We recently had a member of our team change her last name and she is now unable to create a proof out of documents uploaded in Workfront. She recieves the following error message, “Failed to generate proof - Unable to log into ProofHQ.” When I checked her proof profile I noticed her proof user type is now listed “guest.” Is there a way to edit the proof user type or has anyone found a solution to this issue?Note: We do utilize SSO, and the name change has been made to our directory.Best,E

Can someone point me to documentation on the “Summarize” options in reports?When creating a chart in a Workfront report, the user is required to select an option for “Summarized By”. In most cases there are two choices: Minimum and Maximum. What do these mean and how are they different? What other options exist and what are their meanings? I’ve see Count, Sum, and Average on column settings as well. I haven’t been able to find anything in the Workfront documentation.

Hi, I’m looking for some advice.I have a user who is trying to add a new task to the bottom of a project. The task above it is a recurring task, but this new task should be a separate item. However, when they add it at the bottom, it automatically indents under the recurring task instead of appearing as its own task.At the moment, the only workaround is to add the new task at the top of the project. Is there a way to add a task directly to the bottom of the project without it being nested under the recurring task?

Hi everyone,Is it possible to display the thumbnail for a specific version of a document (for example, the original upload - version 1)? Or does Workfront only support showing the thumbnail for the current/latest version of the document? This is not related to proofing at all, just a simple document/issue report. If anyone has experience with this or knows of a workaround, I’d really appreciate your guidance. 😃Thanks in advance!

I have created a note report to capture proof comments from proofs, thanks to ​@Kiersten_Kollins  previous post  - although I am hoping for no more than one round of amends, the documents are linked to the task status with some automation.My report is to report on rejected (tasks) proofs however, should V2 be rejected with comments, the comments from V1 are still visible on the V2 image.I understand now that notes do not ‘talk’ to versions of proofs and I have looked other ways to work around this:filter : exclude Locked (no relationship with proofs) filter using current version - again, no relatioship with proofs proof status document IDI thought that maybe a new column which shows V2 document entry date would help with some custom formatting, however this just shows V1 entry date. The versions are listed, so the information is sort of there, but wondered if anyone had a great idea in case V2+ gets rejected to decipher what comments related to which version/entry date.If V2 gets appro

We are looking into sharing final files from our documents section in Workfront with an external partner/agency to create efficiencies. Is there a way to trigger a notification with the documents in an email to a partner through Fusion to be sent directly to the partner? 

In Workfront Planning, we’ve noticed the limitations for filters within records/views.Wishlist Items for Filtering in Planning:It would be great to be able to save filters that are used on a regular basis - admin to assign those to a universal access. It would be great to have the ability to create and save your own filters by user. It would be amazing to have these filters show to the users applying them ONLY - not all users in the record/view at that time.

I am looking for the endpoint to use to bring the existing ProofHQ combined proof into the project in Workfront. I am creating the proof successfully but not having any luck adding it into the project via Fusion.

I’m currently working on cleaning up and standardizing our project templates and I’d love to hear how others are managing this.When updates are needed to a template, do you typically:Update the active template directly, or Create a new version (copy), make updates, and deactivate/archive the old one?I’m leaning toward a versioning approach for better governance, but I’m curious how others are handling:Template version control Naming conventions Preventing users from selecting outdated templatesWould love to hear what’s working well for your teams or any lessons learned. Each time a new project is created, Workfront generates a new reference/form number. However, our business process requires different behavior based on project type:Revisions: Should retain the original form/reference number from the previous project/version Example: XX-1A-XX Variants: Should generate a new reference number using the same base identifier, but increment the alphabetical suffix sequentially Example progression: XX-1A-XX → XX-1B-XX → XX-1C-XX The core “XX” values remain the same; only the revision/variant letter changes based on the number of versions created Has anyone implemented a similar setup in Adobe Workfront?How are you handling reference number retention for revisions? What is the best practice for preserving prior reference numbers while allowing variants to create new ones?

Hi everyone, I have a scenario that attaches a couple of custom forms to an issue. It was working fine cca 4 hours ago, but all of the sudden I start getting the following error:The operation failed with an error. [422] APIModel V22_0 action assignCategory does not support argument named alreadyAttachedThe original module being used is Misc Action, with the following setup  And I also tried using a Custom API Call as such   Both modules give me the same error message. I’m really at a loss here, especially since this was working today without issues.Any ideas what can be the issue or how I can fix this? Thank you
