Hi,Is it possible to automate the step below when a new issue is created?Our process: There is a particular type of issue (queue topic), whenever it is created, we create a copy of a SharePoint Excel template and attach it to the issue. The copy file lives in SharePoint. After creating the copy using Fusion, how do I link that file to the new issue? Any suggestions?

If a marketer makes a mistake with a file created in Workfront, how does your team handle it?Do you:have the user open a new project, add additional tasks to the original project/post, or use a dedicated workflow to identify and manage errors or rework?Also, how do you handle mistaken content if you use the AEM native connector, so it displays in Content Hub?

HI ⁠Previously when I would click in the "assignment" cell in WF a drop down list of all my team would appear, where I could select the eng. from the drop down list.Now Nothing...  do you know why this has changed? how do I get this functionality back?

Wondering how everyone notifies their users when there is a known issue with Workfront. I know about the status page but recently we have had proof outages that have lasted half the day with no status update posted by Adobe. We have a technical support request queue and every time a Workfront issue occurs we get 50 different tickets entered saying the same thing. We created a FAQ section with the Request queue embedded, and we mark issues as Important Notices highlighted yellow so they can see there first that there is an active issue. However users are not looking and submitting the tickets anyway. It’s a huge chunk of time to respond to these tickets when we should be focusing on solving the issue or finding Workarounds. We don’t want to send out an announcement, because many people may not be effected and there is no reason to alert them. I’d love a way for them to get a popup that says something like “This issue has already been reported” or something like that. Has anyone found a

Hi Workfront Community,Crowd-surfing for ideas on how to constructively guide some conversations we’ve been having internally at my org, hoping others dealing with the same challenge might have perspectives to share. With the push to adopt LLM tools, we’re getting requests from users that have exported Workfront data and used Copilot/Cursor to create reports/dashboards that they want built in Workfront.  The Problem(s):Suggested metrics/KPIs calculated based on completely fabricated/hallucinated data  Suggested metrics/KPIs that sound good on paper, but are inedible word-salads   Suggested metrics/KPIs that ARE reasonable, but rely on analytical capabilities and/or functionality that Workfront reporting tools simply don’t have.  Suggested metrics/KPIs that rely on functionality Workfront DOES have, but we don’t have implemented, licensed or don’t use in the way necessary to create the calculations Suggested visualizations that either won’t actually work, or again aren’t supported by an

I am pulling a Task report and grouping by Project Name. One particular project meets the filter criteria, but I can’t figure out why it isn’t pulling into the report. Can someone please look at the screenshots and tell me what I’m missing? Filter Criteria Project Details - none of these tasks for this user are showing in the report, but meets the criteria. All of the other Projects for her are capture here, best I can tell. But I’m afraid if this one is missing, others may be too. 

Has anyone been experiencing an issue where a (Proof HQ) stage deadline is removed from an automated proof after it has started? We have seen it sporadically over the past couple of months, but is hard to reproduce for me to place a ticket.Any insight into a cause or a possible solution would be appreciated.Thanks,

We are curious if anyone has done the following in Fusion with Outlook: Receive a new email to a targeted email address in Outlook When the email hits the inbox, have Fusion read the email and download all attachments and once downloaded have the attachments move to targeted project folder We have a use case where we might also need to have a new folder created and then have files uploaded from the outlook email Can Fusion read metadata off the email to create a folder?

Hi WF Community,Based on what I’ve read, I don’t believe you can automatically have a custom form attached to documents that users add to a record.  I know you can for project, task and issue records, but I just wanted to do a gut check here to ensure I’m not missing a feature.Thanks!Nick

Is there any hack to be able to show a calendar at the gantt view level to not show everyday in the month and just consolidate to a week or even a month view? This gantt view is not helpful to me because you have to dooms scroll to see how and where they overlap for a multi month program. the visual is not great. 

Hello! I have a scenario that has stopped working as intended on proofs. It shows no errors within the scenario so I know it’s active and running, but it doesn’t do what it used to and I’m a novice at Fusion so I can’t seem to figure out what’s happened. Anyone know a good resource to use to troubleshoot? 

I’m working on a document report with filtering for documents on tasks titled “Engineering Review” that are pending a task approval. I’m filtering out the process guides that are on the tasks, and would like to have these results span across multiple programs in the same portfolio. My text mode filter is:AND:1:name=ApproverAND:1:name_Mod=notcontainsAND:2:name=ReviewerAND:2:name_Mod=notcontainsname=Process Guidename_Mod=notcontainsproject:portfolioID=XXXXXXXproject:programID=XXXXXXXproject:status=CURtask:name=Engineering Reviewtask:name_Mod=cicontainstask:pendingApproval=truetaskID_Mod=notblank(Works great for just one program)I’ve attempted to add an additional program ID as “project:programID=XXXXXXX,XXXXXXX” or as “OR:1:project:programID=XXXXXXX” in text mode. Neither has worked thus far. Am I off base for thinking that filtering multiple programs is possible? Any insights are appreciated.

Is anyone using Fusion to connect Frame IO and their Workfront projects? 

Our migration experience has been challenging to say the least. Our assigned techs have tried their best to get everyone on the same page but we’ve had gaps in getting back to us over the past few months. We recently were told all users of the cloud have to backup their data before we migrate. We asked for directions to send out to our users and Adobe does not have any we are told. Support keeps kicking us back to our techs for the answer and our techs tells us to contact support...you get the idea. We’re 11 business days until Adobe will ‘force migrate’ us regardless if we’re ready. Any idea what happens when that happens? Trying to be positive but we’re on a three day streak of non-response to questions. I want to provide our almost 7K end users the best heads up on what is needed to be done in advance. Christina

I'm building a Fusion scenario that triggers off a Workfront task status change, clones a Marketo program template, and dynamically updates My Tokens across 25+ fields (bilingual content — EN/FR speaker info, event details, UTM tracking, etc.) Just want to get ahead of 3 specific things before I start: My Token batch updates — can you update multiple tokens in a single API call, or is it one call per token? With 25+ fields this could get expensive fast if it's one at a time Access token refresh — Marketo's API access token expires periodically. How are you handling refresh cleanly inside Fusion without scheduled scenarios breaking mid-run? Cloned program token inheritance — when you clone a program from a template via API, does the cloned program automatically carry over the full My Token structure from the parent, or do you need to do anything post-clone?  Happy to share the full build once it's done. Any real experience here is appreciated! 🙌

Hi all—looking for some ideas/best practices here!I’m exploring how to automate task completions in Workfront based on proof decisions. From what I understand, this requires the document to live at the task level. If that’s the case, I’m curious how others are handling version control across multiple rounds of edits.Do you typically reuse the same task for each round, or create new tasks for each version? Trying to avoid things getting messy while still enabling automation.Example of what I’m trying to achieve:Design R1 – Designer uploads file to the task and marks complete Creative Review R1 – Proof is created and routed for approval Approved → completes Creative Review and moves to execution Changes Required → completes Creative Review and moves to Design R2 → Creative Review R2 This cycle would repeat until final approval.Would love to hear how others are handling this—especially if you’ve found a clean way to manage versions + automation together. Hi community - hoping someone can help with this We have an intake form where requestors fill in an "Expected Completion Date." When the PM converts the request to a project using a template, the project's planned completion date and due date are driven by the template duration (5 days from conversion date) - not by what the user selected on the form.So for example if a request comes in May 18th and the template is 5 days, the project due date lands on May 23rd. But if the requestor said they need it by May 29th, that date is just sitting in a custom field on the project and we have to manually go in and update the planned completion date every time.I tried building a Fusion scenario to automate this - the idea was to watch for when a project gets created from a request and then update the planned completion date to match the custom field value - but couldn't get it working properly.Has anyone solved this either natively in Workfront or through Fusion? Would love to know the right appr
