Remove Frescopa Marketing Sample Workspaces from Planning

Please provide administrators with the ability to remove or hide the default Frescopa Sample Workspaces from Workfront Planning.

As we begin rolling out Planning to our users, these sample workspaces can create unnecessary confusion. One of the biggest pain points is when users add a connected field and are presented with a long list of Frescopa Marketing record types and fields that are unrelated to their organization. This makes the experience more cluttered and increases the learning curve for new users.

I agree. We've seen this create confusion during our Planning rollout, especially when configuring connected fields. Giving administrators the ability to hide or remove the Frescopa sample workspaces would make the experience much cleaner and easier for new users.

I completely agree. Having these samples is confusing to new users. The addition of the campaign intake that came out of nowhere and has a handful of fields that don’t match ours is extremely confusing as well. This is like the forced U2 album on my IPod from 2014...
