Hello,I’ve been troubleshooting an issue with my nurture programs not sending emails on their scheduled cast dates. I’ve confirmed that the program is active, the stream is active, and all emails within the stream are approved and active.I also reviewed several leads who should have received the nurture emails, and I can see that they have received other emails on days when the nurture casts should have gone out.It appears that none of the emails within the 2025 Broan-NuTone Marketing → Nurture folder are sending. Could you please advise if there’s something I might be missing?

Modern browsers use the back/forward cache (“bfcache”) to accelerate simple ⇦ and ⇨ navigation. Confusingly, the bfcache is different from both the classic HTTP cache and the new Cache API, and its impact on 3rd-party JS isn’t widely measured. The bfcache is dynamically managed and cleaned up by the browser: it doesn’t have user-tweakable settings and can’t be directly turned off. Hi Team,We have a field in Marketo that stores a Rep Apply Link, which contains a unique rep code. Our goal is to extract just that unique rep code and use it within other links so that when someone clicks or applies using that link, we can identify which rep they are associated with.For example, we want to end up with a link structure like:http://google.com/?rep={{rep-code}}I have a few questions: Since the rep code would need to be dynamically generated per rep using a Velocity script, can we reference the resulting My Token directly in the email link? Or does the entire anchor tag need to be handled within Velocity to ensure the link both works correctly and remains trackable in Marketo? Like the custom object think we discussed a while ago ? Hi Team,We are running a nurturing campaign in Marketo that uses a custom object to send emails. In these emails, we have a link that needs to dynamically include a value from a custom object field, and we also want the link to be trackable in Marketo so that we can monitor activity and measure survey link performance.Here’s what we’ve tried and observed so far: Lead Token Approach: Previously, when using a lead token in an email link, it was suggested to reference the lead token directly in the link. This made the link work dynamically and remain trackable. We though similar approach might work with custom object tokens, but it does not seem to behave the same way. Current Approach: Currently, we are storing the custom object field value in a My Token and referencing that token in the email link: https://www.google.com/client-evaluation?evaluationid={{my.testimonial-id:default=}} This only works if we manually add mktonotrack functionality to the link, which is not ideal. I’m implementing a new person-level boolean field (flag) to identify leads and contacts acquired via our Marketo programs.Our Salesforce instance is shared across multiple business units, so this flag is intended to identify only the leads acquired via our business unit’s Marketo activity.The intent is forward-looking only (no historical backfill). I want the flag to be set when someone newly engages with relevant Marketo programs going forward, regardless of when the person record was originally created.I’m trying to confirm the best-practice trigger setup for this.One option I’m considering is a trigger campaign based on Person is Created, where the acquisition program is a Marketo program (excluding records syncing from Salesforce), and then setting the flag to true.My goal is a clean, scalable approach that avoids manual maintenance and does not retroactively update legacy records.Would appreciate guidance from anyone who’s implemented a similar pattern. HI Peers,I am facing an issue with email display in Outlook.I have an email template developed from html for New email editor & when i send the test content in outlook the css is not rendered correctly where as in Gmail its displayed correctly.Any suggestion/solution will be appreciated. 

I have mapped the Company Name field in Marketo to both Lead Company and the Account Name in salesforce.When a contact fills out a form and enters a new value in the “Company” field, Marketo updates the local Company Name attribute. Because Marketo’s native sync treats all people associated with the same Salesforce Account ID as a single “Company” entity, this change propagates to every other contact associated with that Account in Marketo.However, this change does not always trigger a sync back from salesforce to reset the name to the actual Account Name unless the contact record in salesforce is manually updated.Is there a way to tackle this issue?

Hi,I have been able to create hyperlinks on fields bought in from a Custom object, however these are not being tracked.All efforts to try and track links have resulted in just the variable being outputted and not the link itself.Firstly is this possible or have I wasted a full morning?If it can be done, what am I doing wrong. Hi, We're working on tracking Demandbase paid ad and third-party ad clicks in Marketo using query strings, UTMs.I understand that, in general, query params may not appear in a specific order, and there could be additional params added by search engines or ad networks.Additionally, when I review the data in GA4 (landing page + query string), I see the Demandbase param (db3id) after the url but not the UTMs.What's the best way to track this in Marketo? 

Trying to automate program/campaign creation, but we have 1 smart campaign that requires an event code as a trigger constraint for the custom obejct trigger. We tested using a token for the value, but it was not working.  Is there any other way to programmatically populate this?

Hi there, We have recently began having issues with the module previews for our email templates not showing the placeholder images. Any ideas on how to fix this/what is causing the issue?  

Trustpilot uses a unique email address placed in a bcc field to pick up the customer email. BCC in marketo seems to apply the unique email to ALL email sends, not specific campaigns/programs from what I undestand.I’m hoping that there is a solution someone has found…!?We’re currently still using TP via our old email set up, but we are looking to phase that out..Any suggestions/advice welcome - thank you in advance!

Hi everyone    So I am new to this organization and when I started executing some campaigns I was asked to update the scores in the flow steps of individual programs while we were having an agency update our lead scoring. So for example, when we had list imports come in from content syndication, I was asked to give them 40 points. Well, I assumed that I would be adding this to behavior score since they filled out a form to get into the system, but I was later told they only use person score right now. Is there a way for me to remedy this and add it to the person score without having to go into individual campaigns? If I do have to do it individually, I assume I would make a campaign that takes the 40 points off behavior and then execute another to add to person? Is there a better way to do this?

Hi Team, Please assist with this, is there a way to do A/B test (subject line) of email when there is no fixed audience. We have a nurture campaign with different product suite streams; people qualify in the suite stream based to certain criteria and receive email. So would like to know if we can do A/B test for emails since we don't have fixed audience. Thanks,Deepthi.   

I’m working on an email nurture campaign that includes additional trigger emails based on engagement. Specifically, if a user clicks on two different emails, they receive a special trigger email. I’m trying to manage this within a single smart campaign, but I’m unsure if using the same email (e.g., Email 1) in both the “clicks link in email” and “clicked link in email” conditions would count as one click each. The nurture contains 13 emails, and the trigger email can be sent after any combination of two clicks across those 13 emails. In the following screenshots each email from the 13 in the ‘clicks link in email’ are also in the ‘clicked link in email’ filter. Is there a better way?
