    Is there a way to restrict a custom form to only show up under one Request Type? I have a custom form that I'd like people to populate if they're opening up a Change Order, but not if they're opening up an Issue or Request. Any one able to do this? Thanks!     Hello. I know approvals can be configured for Queue Topics but can you create an approval process for Topic Groups? We have a queue topic that has two topic groups but those topics are tiered and need two different approvers depending on the selection. Any insight? Thank you. ~ Susan

    Need your help, i am trying this report with grouping by status. The status field is a custom form field. I run the report, and only the status values where a count exists are displayed. I want to show all status values, even the ones with zero count. Help!! Nuria Munguia

    Yes you can. I believe you'll need to code in Text Mode though in order to get the "Name" - valuefield=owner:homeGroup:name Here is the code from our report that sorts by the owner group name (in this case owner is the Primary Contact on an Issue).     We have a project showing up in "My Work" from 2014. Want it to show complete and not show up in "My Work". The project shows complete, but it is still showing up in his "My Work" Is there a way to get this out of "My Work?" Becky Grosh Humana

    I have a report with these filters. The report looks like this: There are several Home Team with hour amounts. I need to have it where all the hours are totaled. How do I do that? Do I add another filter or create a form for a calculation, or some other way? Thank you Becky Grosh Humana
