Is it possible to change the group of a custom form? I'm not seeing a way to do that. I've been researching the documentation and community site without finding anything to help answer this question.When and how is a group assigned to a custom form?

Hi there, I'm trying to create a single use approval process for a issue without any success though. Approval must be with multiple stages and the next stage can only be approved after current stage has been approved. Any idea(s) on how to achieve this?

Lets say you have a field on a custom form and you want to know the date that field was last changed.  Is there a way to see that data? End result, I need to see how long a case was between a field changing and say how long it was in each state for reporting.

I have filters set on a report to show "Contract Types - Is Not Blank" and "Project Owner - Peter Disalvo", per screenshot 1. As screenshot 2 shows, the report is showing both blank Contract Type fields and project owned by other users.
