Workfront

I want to take an existing WF template and export it to MS Project. In that way, I'm not re-creating the template or reconcile the changes every time I have to use it in Sandbox. Has anyone ever did this? This seems to be the simpliest solution vs. using a kick-start.

Is it possible for co approvers to receive notification when someone else has approved an issue/request approval so they wont bother to go in and approve. Doesn't appear to be such a notification, but maybe there is another way to achieve?
