Workfront

Is there a way to have all templates to define the project portfolio and when the templates are used to create a project, the project portfolio field would not be editable unless the user was the owner of the template.

Any idea why a user might not see the Proofing options after uploading a files to their Documents section of Workfront? When a requestor completes the custom form, all fields are initially visible and completed correctly. However, upon converting it to a project, one of the fields becomes empty, leading to inconvenience. How we can resolve it?
