Workfront

We have run into issues when tasks are completed by a user, then reopened by someone other than the user. These tasks do not show up on the users My Work. Any suggestions on how to configure a report that shows what is in the work area for a user? Thanks for any suggestions.

Is there a way to have actual project closure date reported within Workfront?    I would like to know when exactly the projects have been closed in order to investigate the causes.   Thank you!

Can we change the user's license automatically? If he or she does not log in for a certain period of time, his or her license will be automatically transferred to the requestor.
