  • Hello, I thought I saw an announcement a few weeks back that the Fusion Workfront Watch events module had an update and needed to be replaced with a new v2 module. I can't find this announcement now and I am wondering if it was true and what the steps are. Anyone know what I am talking about?

  • Hello @lgaertner !Good to know users have to request the ability. I guess my post here served as my request.  I have tested the ability applied to Adobe ID type accounts but cannot confirm with Federated ID accounts.

  • @cthygersen They have implemented the delete function.  Its 2-step process. First you need to Deactivate the account and then the "Permanently delete user" option appears in the drop-down under "Reactivate user".

  • The support person I worked with yesterday to solve this latest issue informed me that the actual cause of the issue was due to something Adobe is working on to consolidate their support queues!  Maybe this initiative will help alleviate the problems I outlined above.
