Workfront

Hello!Is there an easy way to port Workfront Workflows from one instance to another? My company spun off from another company, and we want to utilize the same workflows. How can we export/import them from one instance to another?  Thanks!

is there a best method to record delays in a project? i'd like to start a project, and at the end look at how the project ended up and see that from the start of the project to the end, where the timeline shifted so its easy to report on who or what was the cause of the delay.
