Filter Displaying Multiple Times with Different Icon

Has anyone else noticed some manually created Filters are displaying multiple times with different icons? Anyone know why?

First, I would look in Setup>Interface>Filters and see if they are actual duplicates. If so, delete one of them.

I checked that and there aren't any duplicates. Additionally, I have seen this across multiple instances.

I'm not experiencing duplicate filters in my drop down. Might be a need for a support ticket to find out why.

Side note: I hadn't realized until I started looking at my filters that there are different icons for them. Now I'm curious what they mean.
