We use a report, as Melinda recommends. We actually send a matrix report of all of the projects a group worked on. User names down the left side, projects along the top, each cell has the hours worked. Reporting is the way to go… Eric

Is there a way to create a report that shows all projects (instead of tasks) that my team is assigned to? I am looking to create something similar to "Projects I'm On" view but for my whole team.
