Need some assistance with more technical clarification. What is the difference between Start On and Actual Start Date (what is the trigger point)? Likewise, the difference between Due On and Actual Completion Date? Also, is there a way to find when a task was entered? Thank you. Susan

Hi - I have a number of Kanban Teams configured within Workfront with tasks assigned to them. According to the user guide, I should be able to order the items in the "Kanban Board" backlog column however this does not work. I can only order in the "Backlog" view. Any help would be appreciated!
