I have a proof that isn't letting me make any changes to the workflow as the admin.  I can' add/delete people or stages in Workfront or Proofing HQ, but all settings seem to be normal.  The only thing that's a bit weird is I can't find the initial template that was used anywhere in Proofing. ...

Anyone know why you can't change a project from Archived to Current?  I keep getting an error message when I try and my designers can't add hours to the project.

My designers send me proofs to route by using a template. I then use another template to route it to the correct team/people.  When I look into proof activities, I can see the name of the first template used, but not any others. Anyone know a work around to seeing the name of the other templates use...

Thanks!  Project status is one of the first things I check and every project has been current.  I can get the projects to show on the timesheet if my users add hours to the project through the task, but not before.

Hi Rich, Thanks for the response!  Yes, the dates fall correctly to show on the timesheet and the projects status' are current. The weirder thing is that it will show once my users go and add hours through the task they're assigned, but not before. J

Need help with filtering a report. I have a project report that shows me the days since entry and I'm trying to filter it to show me only projects that are < 60 days from entry, but I can't figure it out. Any feedback is appreciated!
