Admin access to proof not being allowed

Hello! I have a proof that isn't letting me make any changes to the workflow as the admin.  I can' add/delete people or stages in Workfront or Proofing HQ, but all settings seem to be normal.  The only thing that's a bit weird is I can't find the initial template that was used anywhere in Proofing.  Any ideas why I can't, as an admin, make changes to the workflow?
