Team notifications for Routing Rules not working

Avatar

Level 2

I have made a Team of two people to get notified when anyone makes a Requests. I put the Team in the Routing Rules in the Request Queue. The Team members are not getting notifications when a Request is put in. I have checked their settings and the correct notification is on instant.

Hi @emilyd4009802

you'll have to refresh the page, and in Queue Details set the default route to use the routing you set up.

Hi there. I am having the same issue with the routing rules in a request queue not working. I do have the Default Route in Queue Details set. What else can I be missing?

I have a small team of 2 set up in the system. I have that team added the Default Team. I also set up a Job Role and have that set up as the default assignee. See attached screenshot. I also have the default route in the Queue Topic Detail. Still, that small team of two is not getting notified when a request is submitted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perfect. This looks good.
Then - check the notification settings for each person on that team?

I did check notifications for each team member and nothing stands out to me. I might have to talk to my administrator to see what the deal is. I can't thank you enough. I thought I had it right. Good to see you think so too. HA HA HA. I will post what I find out internally. Thanks so much!

Last question: Do you see the expected notifications in the err, "Notifications" section ?

Turns out I was testing this functionality in a test project that I used to set up the initially. It was not an active project. Rookie mistake, I know. I have since navigated to the correct project and set everything up accordingly, tested and we are good. Thanks so much for troubleshooting. These forums are seriously fantastic and the folks, like you, that monitor them make a world of difference. It is greatly appreciated.
