Has the user deleted her browser cache and cookies recently? Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Were you logged in as her when you did your troubleshooting?

@DeniseMoore  I think they must have changed the form contents. I no longer have the option to click "next". If you're still getting that button, maybe clear cache and cookies and try again.

I think your most satisfying option will be to make a calculated field with your expression above, and then average based on that field.
