PS: I know you said you recalculated expressions, but I'm not sure if you know that there are two ways to do this -- one at the project level, where your form is, and one on the actual field. Have you recalculated both ways or just one way?

I was able to get dropdown and checkbox field to work using{portfolio}.{DE:Custom Field Name}   (this gave a result when I went and attached the form) For the typeahead, I had to remember to use ":name" at the end of the field.i.e. {portfolio}.{DE:Typeahead Field Name:name}

that seems a bit weird that your tasks won't show in your project. Ideally you would submit a case to the helpdesk to ask them about it. As a workaround, while waiting for them to answer, you can create a filter for Task / Personal is true. Ideally, you shouldn't have to do this.

It would for sure end up being an exists filter of some sort and those can only be hardcoded into a reporting prompt -- you wouldn't be able to have them select from a list of any job roles in the system, for instance. sadly, no. We recommend that custom statuses get created at the highest level (system) and then switched off for all groups except for the ones using it. It’s easier maintaining the system list, and if two groups have to use the same status you don’t have to create it twice.

You would need to reference a collection of assignments in your report view.
