  • if you're able to share your code, we can help troubleshoot. That said, I have submitted a bug because while it works in the calculation editor, my array calculation errors out on the actual form.   I heard a rumor at Summit that right now that the functionality is cosmetic and was unlocked in order...

  • If you look at the API explorer, the collection of tasks under your parent task will be referred to as "children" so it might be as simple as changing your "nested(tasks)" line to "nested(children)". I don't know if I should point out that this only acts on the next level down, so if you have grandc...

  • Sven, sounds to me like: if in Project ABC, we have 5 tasks, 2 of which are the Asset Audit and Build tasks, the OP would like to see all 5 tasks whenever Asset Audit has not completed and Build has begun. So, 2 back-to-back exists statements either assuming there is only ever one Asset Audit and on...

  • yep that's a weird question for sure, so I wish they would clarify. I mean, it might be a NOTEXISTS filter with an AND statement on the names, assuming that you're able to distill both tasks down to "not CPL" but I would hate to struggle through it and waste my time.

  • hi, this isn't possible. If you create "milestone columns," you would have to manually move the tasks into the relevant column. You're better off creating a report and using the milestone view.

  • It really depends what you want to do with the data. I would recommend you start with an Hour report, filter on the buckets you are interested in, and ask more questions when you see what this results in.

  • Exactly my confusion, Sven. In the original post, talked about exclusion. Yet, in one of the responses, they then said   Filter: Project Portfolio ID = Roche AND Task Name = Asset Audit AND Task Status not equal to Cancelled / Complete OR Project Portfolio ID = Roche AND Task Name = Build AND Task ...

  • To Sven's point, everyone is required to have credentials in Workfront. If the users are a part of your company, then you should talk to your admin console team about the possibility of using zero touch administration in order to allow users to almost-seamlessly create their account in Workfront so ...

  • Sven, I read it as "include" rather than "exclude", which is possible using exists. You would probably have to do two sets though, one for each task name.
