Has anyone tried MAP dataType for cased other than IdentityMap ? There is no example of data on adobe documentation.  I see same email address (but difference due to case sensitive) is marked as identities twice in the identity graph. is identities in the email namespace is case sensitive?

 is the profileid which is available in profile lookup page, is that available to use in query service as well in any attribute from snapshot table or any other system table? 

when i open any audience including having thousands of profile qualified under the audience, it still show zero sample profile in the segment UI. I have checked for few other segments too. for most of them it shows blank screen, and for segment it shows 'check back later' message.
