Afternoon RTCDP Community,
My organization has a need to curate a custom output file for an audience that was created in RTCDP. This output file needs to contain an Account Identifier field; however, because audiences are built at a customer/profile level in RTCDP we're having trouble targeting a specific account that a customer may have.
Here is the example use case:
1. Audience is built in RTCDP and is made up of customers/profiles that qualify for that audience.
2. Output file is needed to support that audience and contains Account ID field.
Challenge: A customer may have multiple different accounts with our organization, so ensuring that the correct Account ID is included on the output file is a challenge.
Does anyone know a way to ensure that a specific account is targeted and makes it onto the output file?
Thank you! Please comment if you have questions or need further clarification!
Much Obliged,
Adobe-Wan Kenobi

For the above , is it not possible to have query for account where customer has multiple accounts., may be you to rewrite you have XDM Schema / revist ERD data model to ensure data has been ingested as you expecting
- if not revisit ERD+ Schema
else have query for a identityMap example Email/ECID for the a customer where you have to get count of customer with distinct accounts
@Adobe_WanKenobi if account is available, then ,is not possible to create an audience for an specific account and export to destination ?
Hi @RiteshY18,
Thank you for your response.
We can create an audience for a specific account, but we are not looking to export this audience to a destination. We are looking build an audience with specific account-level criteria and then create a separate output file for the profiles/customers in this audience which includes certain information pertaining to these customers, like offers they qualify for.
The output file will be created using a query and some fields from the Adobe profile store, such as Account ID.
So, this output file is for the customers in that audience, and we can get a list of those customers once the audience has been built, but while querying to build the output file we are struggling to ensure that the Account ID field is the correct Account ID that was targeted in that audience when there is a scenario where a customer has multiple accounts.
Our only current solution is to re-write the audience logic into the query to select the right account, but when there is a need for many of these output files and different audiences, this gets very time-consuming and tedious to test. Is there another way?
