dynamic outbound channel recommendation

Is there any feature in AJO which takes into account customer profile from AEP, ctr, open rates and recommends which outbound channel to use in order to contact customer?

@Michael_Soprano At present, AJO does not provide any OOTB functionality that suggests outbound channels for customer interaction.
