Hi, 

 

Is there any feature in AJO which takes into account customer profile from AEP, ctr, open rates and recommends which outbound channel to use in order to contact customer?

@michael_soprano At present, AJO does not provide any OOTB functionality that suggests outbound channels for customer interaction.
