@Pradeep-Jaiswal  - we do not yet have STO in single-step campaigns. We still have this on our roadmap. The additional scheduling options did ship. 

We have some exciting updates coming to test mode later this year! We will be introducing a new way to simulate profiles and events that will not require marking a profile as TEST. This should help speed up the process 

hey @Kamal_Kamal_C - would you be looking to create new profiles while running the transactional API usecase, or would you also have a usecase for complete pass-through with no existing profile, and no new profile created?

Hi @RS195 - i don't believe there is another way that would work well. We should be rolling out this feature by the end of this month for all customers. If this is delayed beyond July - we can look to enable your ORG specifically for Limited Availabilty.
