Hi, I have a simple transaction journey. Customer makes a transaction, we send him/her an email that $X is debited from your account. But I have to check the primary language of the customer (English / French), I can do this in a journey with a simple flow
Custom Event -> Language Check -> Email
But can I do the same using a campaign ? Can we check primary language of each profile in a transactional campaign ?

You CAN create conditions in Single Step Campaign - The solution is to use targeting rules. Targeting rules can act as audience filters on outbound channels. You can optionally choose a fallback variant that would act as an "other" path.
As @Denis_Bozonnet pointed out, however - multi-lingual settings may be more appropriate if just looking to check language and serve lingual content.
Hi @HardikJa ,
Look at the multi-lingual content, it'd be probably a better solution

Hi
I dont think you can put conditional logic inside the campaign (it woul dneed to be in the audience) but for language you could actually use the multi language options and then flip the content in the email based on the language.
Or you could build dynamic content in the email to change certain bits depending on the language of the profile. so in other words, move the dynamic content into the content template / email copy
