Hi Ram,There are 2 topics on your context The URL doesn't know the context is it HREF in: Button or Link, what you would do if to add a label for all the tracked link via the _label element and you could introduce a naming convention (btn, lnk, img). The label is what is seen in the URL & Clickstream reports and is Adobe internal only. The 2nd part is the trickiest one as in the TrackingFormula associated to the Web Analytics external account, you would have to loop through the list of tracked UR...

Hi Mubeen,To sum on your last message, you'd like to see the expected population for email 2 prior email 1 is sent? You might be able to do it if you set explicitly the contact date of email 1 in the future and execute the workflow allowing email 1 to be prepared. If you execute a delivery now and put the contact date in the future, the system retains the target of email 1 and you should be able to query the forecast logs (I think the target is stored in the nms:tmpBroadcast entity until the con...

Hi,This is how the Admin Console looks like when multiple instances are deployedYou go into Adobe Campaign and you'll see the list of instances You go into each instance and you've got the list of users which you can extract by copy/paste by 100 form the screen or you'll go into each Product Profile and you can extract users for each Product Profile then externally you would have to aggregate all the files into one.... The user list itself under Product doesn't allow you to export, just add but ...

Hi,Since user management is made in Admin Console, you're best option would be in the Admin Console by export all users and then filtering the resulting CSV file to include only your ACS Production instance. To have the export menu at user level, you would need System Admin role. Otherwise with Product permission you would have to do through each of your ACS instance and the export menu should be available tooThanksDenis

HiUnfortunately, by default, when Campaign uploads the image it generates an unique image name and there is no option as in CampaigN Classic to conserve the name. What you might have to do is to contact Customer Care to see if the image could be renamed on the server, I've never made such request so I can't say if it will be accepted, worth a try. and If an option exists in the back-end to conserve the original fie name, having a Support ticket might help to set it. Again I don't know if such op...

HiIs your transactional email of type Real-Time or of type Profile. I suspect if it of type Profile. When you mentioned, live API payload, what do you mean by that? That's it is a true call from the 3rd party system acting as it should and at last minute you want to swap the email address to a test email address? Why not having a true test user created in the 3rd party system, such test user would be propagated to ACS in the agreed way and from there, you could use the test user instead.... Is t...

Hi Vikash If you use typology rules for transactional message, you need to write the rules on the rtEventBroadLog and the rules will apply on the email address. You can't use rules applied on Recipient in Classic transactional messages but on real-time events it should workThanks Denis.

Hi,What you observe is weird, unless your campaign workflow does something wrong, a delivery execution does not update the recipient record. I would say that you have an automated process that load your recipients and this process is updating the blacklist fields or the recipient truly reports you as a SPAM (list-unsusbcribe in SMTP Header) or the email ends up in the Junk box of the customer which in this case would certianly upodate the field being the scene. I would check if there is any reas...

HI,Could you share your workflow and query definition? it's a very common use case remember that an email can fail to be sent or you could have people excluding from your target during delivery preparation by typology rules, meaning that email 2 audience might be less then email 1 audience as all the failed and excluded won't be part of your "sent" criteria. I don't see it as wrong here, it's probably expected. However if you have 100% sent on email 1 and see your audience of email 2 not matchin...

HiClassic isn't great for HTML editor, using the link, you'll be able to add the link behind the image but that's pretty much it, any other tags would have to be added in the HTML itself by navigating to the "Source" tab. Interested to know which tag you'd like to add on the img element? Is it tracking tag for instance?ThanksDenis

Hi,It's perfectly possible to use a one-to-many relation to Recipients to personalise deliveries, what you have to do isData Model: Ensure you have a link to Recipient from the many part of the relationWorkflowAfter the Schedule/Start activity, do a a fork with 2 branchesBranch 1: Query your recipient entityBranch 2 Query the many entity to bring all the records you're interested in (for instance voucher that has not been redeemed yet or voucher that has not been sent to customer yet), Add any a...

Hi,When you say "Coupon is individual", do you mean that there is one coupon id per recipient in the targeted audience? Recipient A receives coupon code A while recipient B receives coupon code B. Or is it the same coupon code across the whole delivery?Do you have a record in the nms:coupon entity that is linked to the Delivery via the coupon-id field? The syntax to add the coupon code might be <%= message.delivery.coupon.code %>ThanksDenis

Hi,Transactional Messages delivery and tracking logs are stored in their own event broad and tracking logs. While using a Query activity, go to the Property tab on the activity and in the "Resource" field, search for broadLog, you should see a series of broadlog entities associated to the Profile and then to each of your transacitonal event, starting with EVT, select the event you're interested and you can query it.ThanksDenis.

Hi Josh,ACS internal SFTP is accessible only via public/private key and you will need to open a Customer Care ticket to request the external account to be created. Then you will use the external account in the Transfer activity in your workflow.Hope this helps,ThanksDenis.

Hi David,That's correct, the above applies in workflow only. For Audiences, you could select Order Item as Targeting dimension however the elements returned will be Order items while what you want is Profile, so you would have to build a workflow to Read your Audience and do a Reconciliation with Profile, doable for sure but not sure it's the most effective as you'll do 2 steps what you could do in one if you use directly a workflow. It's a question of choices here.Hope this helpsDenis.

Hi David, Yes there is, it is on the Property tab of a Query activityNow your data model should ensure you have the link to Profile available from Order and From Order Item (make sure you've got an index too), this will allow you to filter on Order Item and return the Profile as Target dimension. See sample of Query activity below The most efficient way to query is to start by the lowest end, aka Order Item in your case (or Order if you're not interested in products bought) and ensure your targe...

Sorry for the late reply, in Target, the trick is at 2 levels:Define offers are redirect offers that will redirect to either the image or the landing pageLanding page redirect offer: Image redirect offer: Then, since you have 2 rawbox: one for the image and one for the click, the Target activity has it location set to the rawbox and each audience refer to an Experience that contains the 2 redirect offer (depending on their location image or click) You can find the steps in the following document...

Hi, If you use CNAME delegation and your instance in under IMS and Control Panel, you can get the CNAME using the new BETA CNAME delegation from the Campaign Control Panel.Otherwise, a ticket to Customer Care should be opened to be provided with the information. ThanksDenis.

Good morning Mario, Since your solution will be multi-lingual and you would want maybe in the future to use the product catalogue information to display product in your communications, I strongly suggest that the product catalogue be multi-lingual too....the product unique identifier would be SKU+Language. Then, when you get the order items into Campaign, the Order Management System or ECommerce system would have to ensure they pass you the product identifier associated with the product language...

Using the marketing instance as a middleware will not scale as for large transactional messages volume. Technically it will work but depending how the marketing instance is getting the request, it will not scale Use a serverless function instead such as Adobe I/O Runtime to make the in-between logic.
