Hi,
We are planning for Campaign classic v7 to v8 migration and would like to know if there are any guidelines or recommendations to follow. It is noted from experience league documentation that Campaign v8 is for new implementations only and there are no automated scripts for this migration, would like to know if anyone has already completed this migration and any learnings to share?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @manchika
The 1st step for the migration is to check your ACC contract because to benefit from the migration program, your lience needs ot be under ACC Managed Cloud Services offering.
If you ACC licence is under ACC Managed Services, you will need to work with your accout team to purchase the uplift to the ACC Managed Cloud Services product
See Product Description for Campaign Managed Cloud Services offering.
Once you're on boarded on Campaign Managed Cloud Services offering, you will be allocated a Transition Manager who will work with you on the migration to V8.
But 1st thing 1st, confirm with your account team whihc Campaign licence you are on.
If you are already on Campaign Managed Cloud Services offering, you should work with your allocated Transition Manager to plan and execute the migration...
Hope this helps,
Thanks
Denis.
