AND-join activities Orchestrated Campaign

I tried to create orchestrated campaign. I created 2 parallel flow using fork. in the end I want to join this 2 flows into one flow but I don't know how to do it. My  Primary set drop-down has only one option. see attachment.

Try giving a label to the respective activities and you should be able to see both of them (under merging options)

I changed the name - and still can't add additional flow: see

can you delete the end activity in the below transition and try again
