How to create two groups in AEM 6.1? One group named 'Maker', only has the rights to edit page contents but not publish/unpublish rights.Another group named 'Checker', only has the rights to publish/unpublish but not to edit page contents.

In 6.4 the windows player is now available.  But I can't figure out how to bring up the configuration screen to put in my server settings.  Everytime I start the player .exe it just shows loading and clicking around doesn't bring up the config screen.
