Adobe Campaign Standard

Is there any way around in Adobe campaign standard which will give me list of all active users for my different production instances.Currently I can obtain them via admin console only, just curious if there was any other simpler and less time consuming method.

Is there a way to restore the deleted deliveries in ACS ? 

We would like the Asset Library to be available to normal users, not just admins. This is important for us to keep the images in an organized location that normal users can easily access from the email designer. 

Is it possible in ACS to stop sending deliveries to the customers of an audience once the deliveries have been started, modify the campaign and relaunch it, so as to avoid having to send another apology deliveries because the error?
