Hello Azmierulcm, So this error typically occurs if the root certificate is not inside the trust store. Campaign is using the certificate stored inside the OS trust store. If your Campaign instance is hosted on the Adobe side then I'd recommend reaching out to Campaign Support as our Ops team would need to be involved to assist with the fix. Regards,Craig

Hello Greeshma, If you completely stop the workflow, save it, and then restart it does the issue persist? If a workflow was running, then was paused, altered, and resumed, the previous underlying workflow job doesn't get changed and will still execute with the previous configuration. Performing a full restart clears the underlying job and refreshes it with the new execution criteria. Hi Mitsul, It looks like that path is to your local machine. You'll need to upload your image in order to use it as the application has no direct access to your machine and thus would not be able to pull the image. Regards,Craig

Hi, If it worked in your lower environment and you were on the same builds of Campaign and Spam Assassin as Production, then I'd make sure you check the security and folder permissions on the Production server as the operator likely doesn't have access to the folder and files required. Hi Rampra, If you alter the workflow ever so slightly (say move an activity in the workflow palette a little) and re-save it, the workflow will then be associated to your user and you should then be able to restart it. The reason for this is that workflows get their permissions from the associated operator record. If the operator gets deleted or deactivated the workflow is no longer able to function. Regards,Craig

Hi Asish, Previously Twilio wasn't SMPP 3.4 compliant so it wasn't something compliant with Campaign. I don't know if that has changed but previously it no custom connector was ever created for them. I'd recommend using another vendor for a simpler implementation since if you want to use Twilio, it is going to require a custom solution. Regards,Craig

Hi Michelle, So I'd recommend checking with another user who had lower access or logging in with a different browser in private/incognito mode. If either of these options allows you to view the email then it's just a cache issue meaning you'll need to clear the user's browser. If the email is still restricted then I'd submit the issue to Campaign Support, since I'd expect that updating the email or user permissions should allow the email to be visible. Hi Jose, The I'm not quite getting your use case as typically feedback loops are used for emails. As such, the "address" field in the quarantine field maps to the nms:recipient email(@address) field. For you to use this with direct mail you will likely need to extend the schema. I might even suggest configuring a custom field or unique table where these addresses can be housed, then create a custom workflow or typology rule to filter off anything present within that table. The error itself is stating that the data is the problem so I'd recommend reviewing from the Analytics side. You may want to pull in Support from the Analytics side.
