Hi Ukender, So this isn't a Campaign issue but a deliverability one. For deliverability responses like this your best option is to simply do a web search (Google) the error. Searching the error you listed provides numerous results. Most point to a missing PTR record but there are slight variations based on the domain you are mailing to. Regards,Craig

Hi Amit, Can you check the last modified date on the CSV file and when the email was originally prepared? It's possible that if the delivery preparation kicked off while the CSV was still being written to that it wasn't able to attach the data. Can you also let us know if there is any consistency with the size of the files that get attached successfully versus those that show up blank? It might be that the file size is too large. Hi Malte, If we're talking ACS then the only thing you might be able to do (can't say for certain as I haven't done it myself) is to use a workflow to perform an update on the elements to associate them to a different campaign folder. ACC allows a bit more flexibility with the folder structures but caution still needs to be taken in either instance since the elements could break if the folder paths and associated joins are not updated correctly. I did submit an enhancement request some time back but at this time there are no plans to implement this feature and it does not appear to be on any upcoming road maps for the near future. Hi Darren, So in the case of a recurring delivery, if you are creating the template based on one of the child deliveries, it would make sense that there would be some reference back to the original parent. That said, I would see your point in thinking that logically if you duplicate (even a child delivery) and use it as a template, it shouldn't reference back to the original parent delivery. Hello, As far as I'm aware there isn't any way to proceed with the request as the delivery is configured to send based on a single timezone. The delivery is then analyzed and prepared to be sent at the contact date defined. Since we cannot define multiple contact dates/times for a single delivery there isn't any way to enforce specific sending per timezone. Regards,Craig

You want to use the recurring delivery and for each execution you want it to use the original parent delivery and not create any child deliveries for each send? Hi Sheetal, What data did you lose specifically? If it was stored in a separate table it may not be something that was originally stored by default. This type of work is certainly doable because there are keys that allow us to join from the broadlog and recipient tables but more details would be required, as we need to understand what you are trying to pull exactly and the use case. Hello, In general you'll want to take notes/screenshots of critical settings in your Stage and Test environments that wouldn't be applicable in Prod. That said, What we do have is the ability to create segments and to send them in batches using the date formula functionality. Hi Toby, As far as I'm aware, we cannot setup outbound calls within Campaign and the only integration that I'm aware of with a call center is that we can generate the targeting, create an outbound file, send that file to an SFTP where it can be picked up and ingested from the Call Center side. Hi mmbb, The gdpr.js is expected here as the CCPA requirements are basically the California equivalent of the GDPR standards so the same logic applies. It looks like there is some sort of caching/refresh issue since the requests and such are getting processed.
