Hi All, it looks like traps are no longer included in the delivery summary reporting, well that is good but I need to know since when this started? I don't see any update about this in the release notes either. @Sukrity_Wadhwa do you know anything about this update?

Hi, I did go through to this documentation prior, what I beleive is there should be some default expiration if we do not explicitly define in the payload. I think the documentation is not clearly defining this unless I am missing something, if you have any other suggestions please let me know, I guess I need to open a ticket with support.

Hi community, Can you let me know the default expiration period fore transactional message. For a transactional message I pause the publication and then resume it, the queued events if not expired will be processed, I am looking for this default expiration period set by Adobe as I am not defining anything in my payload. Is it the 3.5 days, the message delivery duration period defined in delivery paramter?

@Sukrity_Wadhwa , I am facing some odd behaviour, not sure if it's for everyone. Whenever, I open a question in ACS community for help and if I reply on the same asking someone to check in, that response is later marked or notified as correct answer. Example,I raise a questionI don't get any responseI follow up using replyLater after few days or a week, I get notified via email that ...it's a correct answer. What's wrong?

For example, does a record become quarantined after 1 hard bounce, or does the email need to hard bounce multiple times before is marked as unsubscribed or quarantined?

@Sheetal11 By default the expiration of the public key generated via Adobe io is set to 1 year, if you want you can generate a public key using open SSL with a custom expiration like 10 years from outside of Adobe io and upload it.

@johnwwilcoxmba, if this helps in resolving, I am explaining the purpose of my WKF, there is a DM that is already delivered to an Audience and for reporting purposes we want to insert the data into Listload(cusListLoad) where we want to have data inserted/updated for the email address against the delivery ID, please if you can guide me further on this it would be really helpful.
