I would like to enquire on the below (Screenshot 1) scenario for the numbers. I queried the base of 548 and split based on certain criteria, resulting in a branch with 97 and 451. At this point in time, the amount still adds up to 548. In Segmentation 72 and 74, the branches are split equally into 2 branches, Screenshot 2. However, in this split, there were 1 missing from each of the segments. Can I check will there be a case/ setup that will make sure all that is targeted will receive something? Screenshot 1  Screenshot 2

Hello All!  I'm working on a project to place content into our email using java script and content blocks. I created the content block with the script and place the <script> in the head of my email. When I test it with both the "send test" and actual sending of the email to myself the email is blank. The content block loads in the deployment screen. It does not load in the preview screen when you are in the editor.Can some one help? I might be setting up the content block wrong.

I have a email delivery that is showing as sent in logs for an email address, I also checked in profile and see a sent event for that DM associated with that same email.when I checked delivery summary report and use the correct date filter, it shows the sent count as zero. can someone please help.

before disable action from the ACS UI for a user, I want to make sure that there are no workflows created by that user in the account/application.how can I check that, is there anything else I need to validate before deactivating the user account from the ACS UI?

Hey Everyone!  I had a similar request a while back but for phone numbers. Hi, I queried an audience group who have received a previous email from us and would like to split this further into 8 segments based on subscribers actions. In each segmentation, I used tracking logs for email clicks, labels of buttons from the previous email and delivery label of the previous email. The workflow was fine and it got stuck/long run time at the segmentation node, node is green and not red. 1 of the segments was derived and it hang there. The audience group is slightly more than 300k. Does anyone know where went wrong? For advise please. Thank you.

Looking to see if there is a way to convert date provided in text format "AUGUST 20,2025" to numeric date format "08/20/2025" in ACS workflow? And then , check if that numeric date is prior to today's date.

I am trying to add Adobe Fonts from my Creative Cloud to my ACS, but am coming up short when it comes to where I am supposed to put the coding. Does anyone have any additional insight on how I am supposed to do this? Or is there an easier way I'm missing? It seems kind of crazy to me that it would be this complicated to use Adobe fonts in another Adobe program... Thanks!

Hey Everyone.  I have an email that goes out monthly, and I can pull the tracking data, but it's only showing the profiles that opened and clicked. I'm looking to include the profile that received the email but didn't engage. I feel like this is simple, but it's not clicking in my head how to do it.

How do you see the heat map or hot clicks for trigger campaigns? I can only see it for adhoc campaigns that have been sent.

Field definition - Default value type Can someone provide a detailed explanation for the Default value type options at the Field definition screen for a resource element? For our example, the element type is 'Text'. Hello,I have a parent program in ACS name ABC ,this has a child program named XYZ, within XYZ there are 7 campaigns set up, two campaigns are in blue and rest in green. when I try to access the delivery summary report via the dynamic reports option from within the program window it displays Zero count, I have tried changing the date range as well,  however if I go the individual delivery associated to the campaign and access the same report I get data. can someone please help me on this issue?

Hi, Is it possible to get refresh token in ACS? When I made POST call based on the cURL generated in developer console, it is only providing me the access token, also is it possible to use Refresh token for Authorization or it can be only used to generate new access token? Thanks!
