delivery summary report

I have a email delivery that is showing as sent in logs for an email address, I also checked in profile and see a sent event for that DM associated with that same email.


when I checked delivery summary report and use the correct date filter, it shows the sent count as zero.

 

can someone please help.

@mandm123 If it was a proof logs show “Sent”, but the Delivery Summary = 0 (expected). How long did you wait to see the report? Also, check the reporting technical workflow to verify whether it's running or not.
