Adobe Analytics

I've been using flow diagram but I'm having trouble to differentiate the different journeys and which are the most common paths. 

I tried creating a segment using entry page on a visit level, but it's not loading any data.

I used the "Compare time periods" option to generate a % change in Avg. Time On Site. However, when I calculated it online, the % change was different.  For example, In the screenshot from the "External Campaigns Traffic" section, the % change for 00:24:54 and 00:49:35 Avg. time on site is showing ...

For adobe analytics, does the flow chart record a user journey where they browse through the site by inputting different URLs instead of clicking on a link on the page. Ex: going from reddit.com/r/AskReddit to to the homepage by inputting reddit.com instead of clicking the home page logo.
