The business I am working in is currently migrating to Adobe Experience Cloud utilising AEP and AJO as core products. We have discovered the OOTB AJO email seed list capability is not fit-for-purpose. This because the seed list can only be associated with one test profile at each email surface configuration.Our business context:We already have a total of 16 email surface configurations across four brands including consumer, business, marketing, and transactional email communications. There are multiple lines of business within the business, multiple projects on the go at once, and multiple product and marketing campaigns regularly launching.  At any given moment we have thousands of email communications in-market. It is difficult to keep track of what is in-market, and all of the personalised email variations. Hello, We have 119 groups that need a report shared with them. I wanted to know if there is a work around to get this report share with all the groups but the limit is 100 users/groups.

We have a project within WorkFront where all the subtasks under one of our task buckets are complete but the main task is stuck at 90% - which means we cannot “complete” the project.  See attached image. Anyone know why this would occur or what the fix would be?  

How do you identify reports impacted by a field change?As I work to modernize our decade-old Workfront instance in preparation for Planning, Fusion, and future AI capabilities, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to identify which reports are impacted when a custom field is updated, consolidated, or retired.We currently have more than 700 reports, and I haven't found an efficient way to identify which reports reference a specific field.For example, we recently consolidated several legacy Yes/No fields into a single multi-select field. The new design is cleaner and easier to maintain, but now I need to identify all reports that: Filter on any of the retired Yes/No fields Display those fields as columns Group by those fields Use those fields in chart configurations Include them in prompts or other reporting logic Today, the only approach I know of is manually reviewing reports, which is not realistic at this scale. Questions for the community: Is there a way to report on report

Hi ,I am working on a requirement where a custom sling model needs to exclude pages that are unpublished/hidden from navigation, while recursively walking a page tree vis listchildren(). We have a classification on the tracking code that rolls up to different campaigns. This is not the marketing channel or last touch channel, etc.Suppose I use the campaign rollup at look at a campaign, email, for example, and I look at entries, orders participation and revenue participation over the past 7 full days.Then for the same timeframe, I create a segment where the campaign rollup = email and it’s a visit level segment. I also look at entries, orders participation, and revenue participation.Why would the orders and revenue be different? Both are using participation metrics over the same timeframe. I’m integrating Coveo with AEM 6.5.23, and I want to make sure that my AEM page metadata and cq:tags are properly indexed in Coveo.I can crawl the content using the Coveo web connector, but I’m not sure how to:Expose custom metadata fields (like cq:tags) from AEM to Coveo.Map those fields in the Coveo index.Has anyone set up field mapping for AEM metadata in Coveo? I added a Workfront Planning connection field to a custom form and now I want to see the field in a Report or View, however,  I don’t see the field when I try to add a new column. Is this possible?Thank you!

This is a bit of an edge case, but I feel I should find out the answer before it comes up: In our instance, we have a number of records where multiple contacts have the same email address. This is often intentional: As a membership organization, sometimes we’ll have a doctor register for a meeting and add his spouse, kids and a couple staffers all under his email address. So we may have 5 people that are all valid, different people with the same email address. I know that when Marketo sends an email to multiple contacts that have the same email address, it only sends the email once. That part is fine — Dr. Jones doesn’t need to get the same event reminder email 5 times. What I want to know is: How does Marketo choose which contact to send the email to? Is it simply the lowest/highest ID number? Is there a way to ensure the primary recipient? This would mainly be an issue in cases where there are personalization tokens or conditional content. Hi WF community,Looking to hear from folks that are in a mixed legacy/cloud storage environment, I have some questions around environment promotions and refreshes. What are you experiencing?When you refresh a sandbox, I assume it reflects storage of what’s in prod? I.e. if you convert a portfolio to cloud storage (via Preferences) in SB01 to do some testing and whatnot, and then it refreshes, does it go back to legacy storage? I’ve been told there is no rollback, but how does it work with refreshes? When you promote objects from sandbox to prod, is the storage type of those objects respected/carry over into prod? If you’ve chosen to have some user Groups enabled in Preferences instead of Entire Org, does this have any impact on env promo (i.e. if anyone doing the promotion is or is not in a Group)?

We’re facing an issue with browser autocomplete behavior on a public web form and it’s starting to generate incorrect submissions.we have a standard “First name” and “Last name” form section. Recently, in Google Chrome (we cannot identify the browser and version ) , the browser’s autofill feature started filling both the “First name” and “Last name” fields with the user’s first name only. Users often don’t notice this, so they submit the form with an incorrect last name (it’s just their first name duplicated). This creates data quality issues.Is there any way to force the browser autocomplete behavior?  Thanks 

Hi All I have a requirement for a landing page with five Opt-in/Opt-out services.If a user selects one or more specific services for Opt-out and then clicks the Call-to-Action (CTA) button, only the selected services should be opted out. If the user clicks the CTA button without selecting any specific service, the user should be opted out of all five services by default.How can we implement this logic in AJO? Thanks Gowtham Raj

A form based activity was created which was available in the network response call but not on my website  when I was using apply propositions . My apply propositions was implemented in the following manner : - To make that available on the website , I have to explicitly add the following custom codevar prop = event.propositions.find(  p => p.scope === "appinstall-popup-mbox");document.querySelector(  "#abc-membership > section > div > div").innerHTML =  prop.items[0].data. I know that Target with Web SDK uses Identity Map in order to map user sessions from different devices (if user logged-in).Is there any way to preview user identities in Target? Target API does  not return identities

We have a group that would like to make extensive changes to projects and tasks. They want to temporarily disable email notifications for their group while making these changes. I have 2 questions: Is disabling email notifications for the entire group the best way to accomplish this? There are 200+ users in the group. Could this be done at the project level? Will users receive “backlogged” notifications? For example, if you turn off email notifications on Monday and reenable them on Friday, will the users receive all the intervening emails on Friday that were skipped.

Can a calculated field be created on an issue before it converts to a project. I want the portfolio to auto-populate a custom field on the issue request intake form without using Fusion if possible.Thanks in advance! 

We have just enabled Adobe storage and frame.io for review/approval.  Our testing has uncovered quite a few bugs. I already have a ticket in with support, but I’m curious if others are experiencing the same thing.A big issue is that when someone starts an approval workflow, it seems to be a bit of a coin toss if the link generates or spins for a minute, then pops up a message “Approval link not available”I’m sure it’s related, but one of our users who is in a ‘new’ project will sometimes see the old document page instead of the new view.The failure to create a link has happened enough that it’s making it impossible to use for reviews right now.Again, just want to see if others are experiencing these bugs as well or if there is just a glitch in our account.
