Our client is on AEM 6.5 on prem version and wants to migrate to AEMaaCS. During initial discussion - we were asked to ensure if AEMaaCS would support the Cloudfare integration for CDN or not. Is there any Adobe references that we can use to understand this ?

I am exploring options for automating the deployment of the Bundles in the On Prem instance. I have seen various options available for the cloud however not many for On Prem. The requirement is for automating the build and deploying bundles only to the On Prem instances from local. As of now, we have been separately creating bundles and installing them straight from the felix console for the On Prem instance /system/console/bundles after doing a maven build locally. Any suggestion or best practice (documentation if any) would be helpful.

Hi All, We have a scenario where accidentally few records were mistakenly tagged to a person status  eg - Attended which Qualifies them as MQL ,based on our current lead scoring framework. How do we rectify them back to a different status as the requestors have confirmed that incorrect files were provided by mistake. NOTE : Few of these incorrect records have been SAL'd as well Any tips/ recommendations around this on how we can correct them? Thanks,Sam 

Hello,I am having issues when I am trying to save a project that I have built.The original project was built a couple of weeks ago and I have now come back to it to do some updates and add some more visuals in. When I have tried to save the project I am getting an error message. This is the error message that I am seeing,I have tried to refresh the project, this did not help. I refreshed the page and this just lost me the work that I had done to the dashboard and then I got the message again. Does anyone have any idea why I might be getting this?Thanks 

Hi all,When viewing the tasks on a project, is there a way to select a filter and view it simultaneously? I am building very useful combinations of the two, but I need to instruct users to select the right filter and then the right view to get the right result. A list of "Filters Views" (i.e. the two together) would be great. Can this be done? 

When costing a project, does anyone know how to set up a separate margin on expenses assigned to a task that is different than the margins that are set for labour costs? For example, if I create a project plan and have set my financials to give me fees of labour + 25% margin but I only want to charge 10% on any expenses, how would I do this?

Hi,We have a requirement in our project to create the mixed media set programmatically for the files having similar file names of 13 digits. There' already imagesets create automatically. Similar way we need to try for mixed media set if there's images and videos having same 13 digits add it to the mixed media set. Is it possible to create mixedmedia sets programmatically?

Hi team,We have a custom object linked to person object and we want to use this custom object field for validation in a smartlist which is part of a smart campaign. But while looking at the filters in right pane we are not able to see the custom object field filters apart from the has filter. Is this expected and can we used any custom object fields eg: email to filter in smart campaign

I have a client that for internal seeding of emails that go external in production, there are two profiles per a few individuals. This was caused do to uploading a CSV where the name was in Caps while the profile that already existed had the names in lower case.  If I want to blend the profiles so only the Caps version remains, what is the best way to do that? I probably have 10 profiles like this.  And how do I prevent this from happening again? Is there a way to load profiles or create profiles so capitalization of names does matter?  Thank you, Andrew 

We currently have a project setup for as part of our user sync from on-prem AD - and we need to edit this to complete the JWT to OAuth migration. However, for the last few days we've been having a 500 error (see screenshot) when we open the project, and the JWT credential tab is missing. Not sure if this is a transient error on your side and we just need to wait, or if there is an issue with our project? Can we just re-create this with new OAuth creds instead if necessary? Thanks.

Since Adobe is deprecating the Service Account (JWT) credentials in favor of the OAuth Server-to-Server credentials for all integrations in all AEM authoring envs, does this also impact code integrations where we have used Adobe Query Builder API - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/full-stack/search/query-builder-api for programmatically searching through assets in our Adobe Authoring env since currently in order to leverage this API integration , we have bene using JWT credentials but does those creds also stop working in Jan 2025 and we would need to switch to oauth ?

Hi Team,We have hosted system with Marketing and MTA server separately.We are sending WhatsApp campaign every hour to our Customers, for few deliveries processed and Success indicator remains 0 even after delivery in finished state, but if I manually recompute the delivery all indicator get updated.  It looks like some cache issue to me, delivery 'RecomputeStats' is not able to fetch the details to marketing server from our MTA.Could you please let me know how can we fix this issue.Also I guess we can recompute the indicator using workflow as well using method 'RecomputeStats' on delivery schema.E.g. nms.delivery.RecomputeStats(DeliveryID,Delivery_Status);But daily I have issue with 12-14 delivery for 1 campaign, how can I pass all delivery ID in one method at once. ( If I planned to run this re compute workflow daily at midnight to get correct count in morning reports)Thanks,Saransh Sharma

Hello everyone, I am trying to use "is included in" in the Query activity of a Report where the values are coming from a Textbox of a report through a variable. EX: Country is included in $([vars/Country]) Ex of values: X,Y,Z  Instead of considering it as separate value the condition is considering it as a single string and returning no value.  There is already a similar post but is for the query activity of a Workflow. Solved: Calling instance variable in Query’s ‘Is included ... - Adobe Experience League Community - 641694 Where the accepted answer to modify the query in Advance section of the Query activity But In my case For Report, Query activity doesn't have Advance Tab. Please provide your valuable suggestions.

Hi, We have a couple of variations of the RTE table and so we have implemented a couple of dropdowns on the styles rte plugin to add the class at the table level. However, the OOB plugin for table is not selectable to add the styles. only the table's cell and content with in the table are selectable and so styles can be added only to them. Is there an option to select the entire table and apply styles apart from using the source edit option?I am trying to avoid dom manupulations at the sling model level as well. any JS validators or other front end level fixes are possible? Note: We are in AEM as a cloud service. Thanks in Advance.S

Hello People Anyone has faced issues with new Certification Portal? I have given two exams since Adobe moved to ProctorU. 1. Guardian Browser is painfully slow in Apple MacBook.2. The proctors seems very joining the session. 3. After you clear the exam, it is taking ages to get the shareable certification even though I have passed the exam. I have given an exam on 4th of Nov, 2024 and passed it. I am yet to receive the official certification.  Anyone else facing similar issues?  Prithvi

While going through this tutorial Offer Decisioning with the Platform Web SDK, we are getting this error in console.And upon checking payload, it seems the payload response from AEP Offer Decisioning Service is also empty, and this is causing above error. Does anyone know how to trigger offer decisions from WebSDK? Could you point me to the right(updated) documentation as this seems to be not working for many? PS: this is working through the APIs but not with WebSDK.

I am using SPA site in AEMaaCsCurrently we are hosting whole AEM  code base in a single repository . AEM core, dispatcher ,ui.frontend, ui.apps everything in a single repository Now when i try to run a frontend pipeline with below settings  and build is failing  Should i separate frontend code into a different repository and use "Site Themes" to manage SPA components js files ?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/sites/administering/site-creation/quick-site/overview  If i need to convert my current ui.frontend folder into a "Site Themes" structure , how to do it ? Please advice.
