Hello. I am building a project report to count how many projects are created as new vs update to capture the trend over time. To determine what is new vs an update, I decided to create a custom column with an IF statement to compare the project Entry Date and Last Update Date.  Text Mode:displayname=New or Updatetextmode=trueusewidth=truevalueexpression=IF({lastUpdateDate}!={entryDate},"Update","New")valueformat=html The column displays values but its not working properly. As you can see from the screenshot, its categorizing everything as Update when the two highlighted lines should be "New". I have tried adjusting the =, >, <  as well as using CLEARTIME and WEEKDAYDIFF, but it seems to ignore the IF statement and mark everything as "New" or "Update".  Does anyone have any suggestion on what may be the issue? Or is there a better way to build the report that I need? 

Our team is working on sending personalized emails based on information stored in a custom object using travel itinerary information. Our problem, though, is that many leads in our database have multiple itineraries (i.e. multiple custom object records). We have set up some script tokens to display custom object information, but this will only display info from the most recent custom object record. How do we ensure the correct itinerary is displayed? For example: If we are sending a pre-travel type email 7 days before a person's departure, and that person has 2 itineraries (A & B), but only Itinerary B's departure date is in 7 days, how can we ensure only Itinerary B's info is displayed instead of Itinerary A? In this example, we would want to display a "Departure Date" field and a "Booking Number" field. I know we would need to utilize some velocity scripting, but any assistance here would be greatly appreciated!

Hi All,There is one piece of code which encrypts the URL and that is in JS. Basically want to include that in PB and ultimately include that PB in HTML so that it creates encrypted link for all the HTML templates. How we can achieve this.

Can any one guide me on how create a webhook URL to listen to inbound events in AJO ?The use case is hereI have a image in AEM. I would like to listen to Asset publication event in AEM on AJO and start a Journey to send an email. Therefore i tried to create an event on Adobe IO console to listen to AEM asset publish which has to be connected to the listener (Inbound event) on AJO. I am not sure how to generate this URL on AJO which can listen to this event and start a journey accordingly. Any help on this would be extremely helpful. 

Hi team, I’m encountering the following error after editing a live fragment:**"Fragment backward compatibility failure! The new attributes - [journey.technicalProperties.currentNodeId, person.name.firstName] are not a subset of the previous attributes - [journey.technicalProperties.currentNodeId]."**From my understanding, it seems that adding new personalization elements is causing this error. Is that correct? If so, how can I resolve this issue without deleting or duplicating existing attributes?

@scottmo1 - I watched the Lite-Brite demo Doug shared, and I noticed the tasks/assignments column didn't wrap when text exceeded the column width. Did you use a specific text mode for that? If so, could you share how you did it? Thanks!

{Lamp=6, Sensor=3}This comes under a particular field as string in CSV file.I need to ingest the file and map this particular field to a key value pair field(key-lamp and value-6).Can anyone please help me with this.Or can anyone help me with any other way to ingest this data.

I'm finding that changes to custom code are not publishing when building a new property. I'm applying Custom Code within an Update Variable Action. Any changes from the UI are taking effect (updating the data Data Element), but any changes made in the Custom Code area are not applying. I've tried to make Custom Code changes with changes to the UI together, and separately, but I can't get the changes to apply. Is there a delay in custom code updating after building the property + library?

I am wondering how I can incorporate a form via Adobe Target to capture user data like first name, last name, email address, etc. within the Lightbox pop-up templates.  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/experiences/vec/modifications/experience-templates   Right now lightbox allows you to set the CTA button which takes you to a landing page where you can have the form to fill however, I want the user to fill out the form on that Lightbox pop-up and capture the data. Not sure how this can be done. Any thoughts on how can we implement this?

Hi,when I am configuring the Update Variable command for the Data type Variable (instead of XDM), there seems to be a problem with the available events. The list only shows up to 250 events, though we have 1000 available. Additionally, it's not possible to manually fill in the value because a "not found" error appears. I know I can possibly set the events in the custom code or by providing a JSON, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the UI fields.Is anyone else experiencing this issue?    

Is it possible to have the default download setting for assets in the Brand Portal to be ONLY the original asset?  I want users to still have the option to download renditions, but do not want all renditions to be automatically selected.

I have filters on a free form table and when I right click to create a line graph visualization, the numbers are completely off. Line graph shows 22,000 people in AugustFree form shows 850 people total in the entire data range. This is so frustrating to have to export this data and create visualizations in excel. Any advice would be appreciated. 

Dear All, Please guide.We are currently running a few A/B tests and personalization activities using Adobe Target.For some of these, We faced challenges in retrieving real-time data from the page, such as selected products in a shopping cart, to use for audience targeting.Due to suboptimal Adobe Target setup, they implemented a two-activity approach:- Activity #1: Captures the selected product ID and sets a flag on the website as an XT (experience targeting) activity. This activity displays custom HTML to all users but only sets the flag for relevant users.- Activity #2: This is the main A/B test, targeting users who were flagged in Activity #1.The issue we’re seeing is that not all relevant users are being captured, and the cause is unclear.In the current setup, Activity #2 has a priority of 999 and is configured to target users with the flag from Activity #1 set to "true."I suspect the low user count in Activity #2 could be due to either activity collisions or incorrect priority

Hi I am working on a POC where I need to show most popular ancillaries based on a route. So currently I have a analytics metric Ancillaries Orders (Booking flow) and I created a dashboard in AA to visualize the data for a particular route(AUH-LHR) and then broke it down by products and I filtered the ancillaries.Now how do I create my field and what should be the entity.id values and how should the structure of the entity be since I need to consider the route as well and it can be any route

HI Community, Is there any way, we can use real customer data to test end to end campaigns/journeys in AJO. Currently we are using test profiles but for the communications having too many personalized columns we have to update the data for those columns in test profiles.  Thanks,Akram

I deleted a status for our issues last week. There are/were no issues using this status but the deleted status still shows up as an option on all issues. Any idea why this is happening?

I'm not able to view the report data for an A/B test that ran in April 2021. When I click on 'Reports,' I get a notification that states 'Start dates over 2 years old are not currently supported. Please choose a more recent start date.' Since the test only ran for 2 weeks in 2021, a more recent start date wouldn't contain any useful reporting data. Does this mean reporting data is only accessible for 2 years?

Hey all, I am trying to use environment variables to setup certain configurations - { "getAPIEndPoint": "$[env:ENDPOINT_Sys;default=/public/dev4/v1/store/store]", }  This I know if allowed but is it possible to reference the environment variable directly in any OSGi configuration as shown below -Here the api_env is an environment variable but not tied to any OSGi configuration - Is it allowed to use this environment variable directly on the fly? { "getAPIEndPoint": "/public/$[env:api_env;default=dev4]/v1/category/api/v1/categories", } As per https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager-forms/how-to-access-environment-variables-from-aem-as-cloud-service/td-p/635078 we need to establish an OSGi configuration if we want to use an environment variable as part of another java osgi service. thanks, 

I'm seeing issues with the pageLoad parameters not working in Adobe Target Delivery API calls I'm under the impression that these properties should be available for audience segmentation for use with the associated mbox.  However, I am not seeing the properties available in the audience definition custom audience associated with the mbox.  Does anyone know how/why this is?
