Email Bounce Categories

What exactly does it mean when an email bounces and the type of the bounce is : ignored/timedout on adobe journey optimizer. 

 

More specifically, what are the set of reasons that would cause a set of individuals to have timed out?

Timeout is not a something that happens when some does meet the conditions/events criteria. You can see the documentation here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/create-journey/journey-properties#timeout

The first link shared no longer exists, is there any new documentation that talks about the types of bounces we can see in the reports?
