B2B marketing is in the middle of an important shift. For years, demand generation has been anchored in person-level engagement: lead scores, MQLs, nurture streams, and campaign performance. Those capabilities remain foundational. Engagement begins with individuals, and personalization at scale depends on understanding individual behavior. But enterprise buying decisions are rarely made by individuals. They are made by committees, cross-functional groups with distinct priorities, influence levels and risk tolerances. When marketing performance is measured only at the lead level, we risk mistaking isolated interest for collective readiness. The opportunity in front of us is not to abandon lead-centric marketing. It is to evolve it, connecting person-level engagement to buying group intelligence so that marketing can orchestrate consensus, not just capture attention.Engagement is personal. Decisions are collective.Every opportunity starts with someone. A technical evaluator downloads a wh
I am having an issue where I have users assigned to tasks however their hours are showing zero. This changed when I updated the task assignments to be their job role names instead of their actual user name because I am working with 300+ projects and want to resource level. Any insight into why their hours might be showing zero if they're assigned to a task with hours? Also note that each of the project tasks are set to start and end during work hours.
We use this as our screen to send proofs to team members and discovered this messages box, which is great because we always want to send a note with the proof. We get the message with our email proof, which is great! It took us like 5 clicks to find the message back in the document in Workfront…. The message is not showing in the project or document updates. This would be a huge help for my team to have those messages flow into the updates of the document and project. It feels like if the updates is a comprehensive stream of the project, not having the proof message flow there is a miss. Thank you!
Hi All, Is it possible to push the CSV file from workfront to Adobe campaign classic folder using workfront fusion? Thanks in Advance!
Current status: when you build a multiple data blocks in the same Excel file using report builder, it can sometimes be difficult to distinguish between them. It is currently possible to group them based on metrics, dimension, or what sheet they're on. But if you have multiple data blocks with all the same components but just different date ranges, it's very difficult to tell them apart in the list of data blocks. How the feature should work: when making a data block there should be an option to give it a name. The ability to name data blocks will allow users to more easily distinguish between similar data blocks and make it easier to maintain their reports. Why this feature is important: the new report builder has been such a huge upgrade from the legacy version, but it can still be improved upon. Having named data blocks will make it easier when trying to maintain reports and share them with others.

Hi Experts, In my form on the last page (so in my example 3 pages) it will never print the form title and order number. The following script is in place to determine of there are more pages: Form.frmHiddenGlobalFields.txtFormTitle::ready:layout - (FormCalc, client)// Set the form title as the combination of title and document ID, separated by colon //First Page (always available)if (HasValue(txtChangedDocument.rawValue) == 0)then xfa.resolveNode(Concat("#pageSet[0].mst1.FirstPage.frmHeader.txtTitle")) = Form.frmHiddenStaticTexts.lblSalesOrder.rawValue// xfa.resolveNode("#pageSet[0].mst1.FirstPage.frmHeader.txtTitle") = Concat(Form.frmHiddenStaticTexts.lblSalesOrder.rawValue, ": ", Form.frmHiddenGlobalFields.txtDocumentID.rawValue)else xfa.resolveNode(Concat("#pageSet[0].mst1.FirstPage.frmHeader.txtTitle")) = Concat(Form.frmHiddenStaticTexts.lblChangeToSalesOrder.rawValue, "\u000d", Form.frmHiddenStaticTexts.lblSalesOrder.rawValue)// xfa.resolveNode("#pageSet[0].mst1.FirstPage.frm
Is there a way to define a timeout for a ITAS/CTAS query? Out of the box timeout is 24 hours but I’d like to limit that to 5 hours, preferably on query level? Cheer,Mauri
Hi community, We want to share details about a significant regression in AEM 6.5 LTS SP2 (Oak 1.88.x) where online garbage collection (GC) causes the segment store to grow instead of reclaiming disk space, along with an available workaround. --- What is happening Customers on AEM 6.5 LTS SP2 observed that after running online GC, disk usage was increasing rather than decreasing. Compaction was taking far longer than expected and writing significantly more data than on AEM 6.5 LTS SP1 (Oak 1.78.x) for the same repository.
Sometimes I get lost trying to figure out how to publish something in the New Email designer in Marketo – it seems like the button just isn’t there. After a while I realise there is one, but in a different spot and not outlined or coloured, so it just looks like some text. Then a few months later I get back to using Marketo and forget about it and have to hunt for it all over again. The publish button usually looks like the first image, but sometimes it’s somehwere else like in the second image. I have no idea what differentiates these two types and why there is a need for it to be different, and why these actions are included in a ‘summary’ and not ‘actions’ or similar. It seems like it would be better to keep them the same, or at least in the second screenshot give the buttons an outline so they actually look clickable and stand out more.
My connection to the PostgreSQL database for the Query Service has been giving me this errorErrorCode: 08P01 queryId: 07326d38-0746-48c6-8332-17b75c01dac2 Unknown error encountered. Reason: [Embedded Postgres: Error while populating metadata tables in embedded Postgres]This was not happening before until 2weeks ago.My solution uses psycopg2 library to connect to query services. conn = psycopg2.connect( f"sslmode=require host={hostname} port=5432 dbname={database}?FLATTEN user={user} password={password}"I’m completely not sure what the issue as this setup has being running for almost a year.
Hi everyone,We’re a few months live with Workfront and the team I have moved into are very much “use it because we have to” users. The main obstacle (like many I am reading) is the amount of clicks that activation teams feel they have to do on top of their very manual work - they don’t see a benefit to updating the details accurately, so they basically close everything as complete after they've done the work (I know 😥). We’re working on the “create and show the benefits” part, but I’m wondering, how does everyone use planned vs actual dates and how much importance do you put on this and marking the status accurately.Do you set a planned schedule once and leave it as is, but be firm on accurately marking tasks in progress/complete so you can use “actual” dates in reporting, or do you constantly update the planned schedule to be accurate and rely on that solely, or something else?I should note, we don’t have PMO’s for most of our teams. We have a version of “Traffic leads” that help wit
Is the Embedded feature of the Postgresql db deprecated. I’m table about the ?FLATTEN that enable access to metadata tables.conn = psycopg2.connect(f"sslmode=require host={hostname} port=5432 dbname={database}?FLATTEN user={user} password={password}")This doesn’t seem to work anymore. Any clue
This is a Feature Enhancement request to add a collapsible Hamburger menu or similar for the various options for Asset Details in Assets UI. Currently a user has to hover over the button to figure out what the icon means. The same is applicable in order to view a datapoint quickly for example, Dynamic Media URL, for an approved asset.
“We’re consistently seeing only one pageview per visit,” noted the Marketo admin. “We can’t be offending everybody, so maybe something’s up with our cookie banner?” She was right, people weren’t abandoning immediately. Rather, broken cookie consent JS was blocking the Munchkin _mkto_trk cookie for everyone, but not blocking Munchkin itself. How not to manage cookie consentThe code, like others of its type, was jaw-droppingly intrusive: it redefined document.cookie and proxied cookieStore to eavesdrop on set-cookie calls. (A crazy thing to just drop into a site, not that tricks used by other cookie apps[1] are much better!) _mkto_trk was on its cookie blocklist, but munchkin.js was always loaded + initialized. That leads to a half-baked outcome where:a person lands on the site from an email link, which attaches the mkt_tok to the query string to identify the Marketo record Munchkin generates a random session token value saving the token to a cookie is blocked by the consent JS the token
I have a use case where I need to be able to filter on a report to pull in Monday through Sunday for the next week into the following week. For example, dates would be 4/6 - 4/19. This report is ideally ran on Friday’s but could be run on a Thursday if there was a holiday. I have set up a filter against my date field to show $$TODAY+3d between $$TODAYe+16d which does work if the report is only run on a Friday. Is this possible to hard code or would I need to have the end user default to using a prompt to ensure accuracy. Thank you!
Currently if a user is deactivated on workfront environment, user will still show as having access in admin console This is causing issues from a consistency point of view so data is accurate in both ends If you report on WF you will see less users active than if you report in admin console This requires us to do some manual batch updates on a regular basis to keep both systems consistentThe ask is that admin console and workfront instances are fully in sync so: Deactivating a user in Workfront removes or deactivates them in Admin Console Removing a user in Admin Console deactivates them in Workfront
Major kudos to @JenDesmond for taking us into the world of Fusion templates and demoing the experience of customizing them live! And thank you to @SamTaylor for his help answering questions! If you missed the event, a summary, the slides and recording are included with some helpful resources below. Senior Technical Success Architect, Jen Desmond, shared a high-level overview of Fusion templates (there are more than 50 available!) and walked us through 5 demos including:Sync Notes Across Objects: Automatically copy updates and replies from issues to converted projects. Auto-Complete Tasks: Mark tasks complete when proofs are approved and notify stakeholders. Custom Notifications: Trigger tailored alerts based on field changes (e.g., task status updates). Project Creation via CSV: Bulk-create projects using a structured CSV file and mapping. Bulk Renaming: Enforce naming conventions across projects with automation. The Problem:Right now, settings for New Issue Fields (like Planned Completion Date or Priority) can only be set at the Project level. This means every issue/request in that project shows the exact same fields. If I want to show the "Planned Completion Date" for one type of request (Queue Topic) but hide it for another to keep the form clean, I can't. It’s "all or nothing," which creates unnecessary clutter for users. Proposed Solution:Allow admins to customize field visibility at the Queue Topic level.Individual Control: Let us choose which native fields appear for each specific Queue Topic.Cleaner Forms: Requesters only see fields relevant to their specific request.Flexibility: Keep the Project-level settings as a default, but allow a "Topic-level override" for better customization.
Hi -I don’t have developer access to Adobe Developer Console, but I need to confirm which Adobe Analytics API version our organization is currently using. Is there a way for non‑developers to check this, or what steps should I ask someone with developer access to follow so they can verify the API version for me?Thanks!
Hi,Is there a way to search for a WF Planning user in Fusion, given that user’s ID? I am trying to get the name and email from a user, based on the ID provided in the Created By field of a Planning record. I know I can search for a user details via this API internal/user?name=<user_name> but as far as I could tell, it does not allow me to search by ID. Thanks in advanceJoao
Hi Community,I’m looking for suggestions and best practices around importing Salsify product data into AEM, specifically for creating or updating Content Fragments.Current ArchitectureSalsify product data is exported and stored in AEM DAM as .txt files. AEM Workflow is triggered on these DAM assets The workflow: Reads the Salsify JSON Creates Product Pages Sets product properties on the pages based on the JSON This approach is currently page‑centric, driven by workflow logicNew / Evolving RequirementWe are exploring a shift to:Content Fragments as the primary product data source Importing product data via: CSV files where one or more columns contain Salsify JSON, or Directly from JSON assets Mapping Salsify attributes to Content Fragment Models Supporting re‑imports / updates (idempotent behavior)What I’m Looking ForI’d appreciate guidance on:Recommended patterns for CSV/JSON → Content Fragment creation Whether workflows are still the preferred approach, or if: Custom servlets Sc
Dear Team,We are using AEMaaCS, created adaptive form using Core Components, added rules and created theme, which is working fine as standalone form. While embedding the adaptive form to the AEM Page the rules and styles are not loading. Please help / guide in fixing this issue. Thanks
I have a use case where I have two PDFs. 1- Static PDF 2- Dynamic PDF, generated using AEM Form Communication API (https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager-forms-cloud-service-developer-reference/api/output-sync/). Ask - I would like to insert static PDF pages after page 2 of Dynamic PDF(generated using communication API) using Document manipulation APIs (https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager-forms-cloud-service-developer-reference/api/assembler-sync/#section/Introduction). Any sample code or DDX file, if this can be done?
We recently discovered an issue in AJO. Logging details here for the community visibility so others can easily debug such problem Bug Title Sandbox Tooling failure when copying AJO Campaign Orchestration audiences between sandboxes.Product Product: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Campaign Orchestration Component: Sandbox Tooling. Expected Behavior Sandbox tooling should successfully migrate an audience package from a dev sandbox to a stage environment. If components such as merge policies are already present, the system should gracefully handle the conflict by prompting to overwrite or ignore the component rather than failing the import. Observed Behavior Attempting to import a package containing an AJO Campaign Orchestration audience fails during the upload. The import returns an OBJECT_EXISTS error ("PROFILE_MERGE was not created anew") for merge policies that already exist in the target sandbox. Additionally, it returns a NEBULA-100092-400 error claiming an invalid or missing namespac
