Web Channel Activity Failing

I am trying to personalize a webpage based on web channel activity in an AJO Journey, using only ECID. I am encountering an error message, and no personalization is working.

"Can't create InboundActivationEvent as ingestionTarget is not present for actionId: 123, journeyVersionId: 456"

I really appreciate your response.

I tried the troubleshooting steps described in the document, but no success so far.

All inbound channels are failing.

Outbound channels, like email, are working fine.

Seems you’re seeing “ingestionTarget is not present” because your sandbox might be missing the JOAI inbound ingestion dataset required for Web Channel actions.

This is a known backend provisioning gap where the UI allows adding inbound actions, but the backend never creates the ingestion target, so inbound activation events fail and personalization never triggers.
Please raise a support ticket with the org details, we will check with the provisioning team.

I already opened a ticket with Adobe. 
Hopefully, this issue will be resolved quickly.
I’ll post back here once it is fixed.
