AJO orchestration -error

Hi,

 

Below is the error in campaign orchestration Read audience Targeting activity for selecting the entity.

But when Audience is selected not getting any Entity option to select in the drop down.

How can this error will go?Does it select any specific type of audience

Probably the audience’s identity namespace does not match the Campaign Targeting Dimension thus you’re getting this error. In AJO Orchestrated Campaigns, the Entity dropdown appears when you select an audience whose identity namespace matches and a People Entity configured in the campaign’s targeting dimension.

So you can check the audience’s identity and ensure your Campaign Targeting Dimension uses the same identity.
