Task allocation to multiple users

When there are more than one user on a task and they have completed ‘done with my part’ it still shows up in the workload balancer that they have that task. Is there a way that that task shows complete on their workload balancer?

    ​@sineadwhelan, did you mean to post this in the Workfront group? Adobe Analytics doesn't have a workload balancer, as far as I'm aware. But from googling, I know that's a feature in Workfront.
