@ThomasNe2 I found a pretty new (only 9 months old) post that was already archived/made inactive. I am creating an internal reference number using the CONCAT function and the date forms part of this. I need to convert a Custom Date field into an all numerical format of YYYY/MM/DD. If this is possible in a Calculated Field in a Custom Form this would great for any help! You got an answer to that. Then someone said: justinrenteria2 wrote: Ohh I think I see what you're asking for. My calc above will give you 1/5 but not 01/05. You''d have to insert logic in the expression to evaluate the month and date. If the month is less than 10 then you'd have an expression that concats "0" in front of month. Same thing for Day of the Month. Hi Justin - any idea on the calculation for this? Here it is:CONCAT(YEAR({DE:UKI - Campaign Start Date}),"/",IF(MONTH({DE:UKI - Campaign Start Date})<10,"0",""),MONTH({DE:UKI - Campaign Start Date}),"/",IF(DAYOFMONTH({DE:UKI - Campaign Start Date})<10,
I’m exploring automation testing options and wondering if Playwright or any other automation testing tool can be used in EDS. Has anyone tried integrating Playwright, Selenium, or other tools for testing in EDS? If so, what were the challenges, and are there any best practices to follow?
I am running into conflicts where multiple teams working on non Adobe platforms and wish to have central repository for storing raw working files for collaboration. I wish to keep these files away from DAM to avoid cluttering. Is there any recommendation on handling these creative team’s query? Storage space: ~10 TB
It would be great if you could see a Thumbnail from a Video once you upload it to Workfront in Documents right Away before you proof. As we usally take a few versions until we start the proof process and we have large lists of files, sometimes even 200 :) Thanks
Hi,I am facing an issue where the screen reader (NVDA) is reading out ‘edit unavailable read only’ for all the accessibility tags with <form> tags.<form> tags are generated for all the text field objects from XDP.Is there any way to prevent NVDA from reading this out loud or to prevent <form> tags being generated in the rendered static PDF using output service.Appreciate any help on this topic.
Hi,Let me explain what I’m trying to do.We have a custom user typeahead field. When that field is populated with someone’s name and the ticket is raised, I want the ticket status to change to CLIENT REVIEW. Once the status changes, the approver should be the person whose name is entered in the typeahead field (the name could be different for each ticket). After that person approves, the ticket status should move back to NEW, where the default approval process (applied to all requests) should start. My Fusion scenario works up to fetching the user ID from the typeahead field, but I’m unable to set the approver based on that field. Can you confirm whether this is possible? Regards,Diksha G.
This is a basic functionality of any tool so I would expect to have Conditional Contents enabled on Subject lines in New Editor as well. Please enable it in the next release otherwise the conditional content is pointless if it is only for the email body. Right now I am using tokens to localize the different language versions in subject lines and sender details but this is not ideal and our local marketers are not comfortable with using tokens yet.
Going back to basics here but is there a way to add an “Email” icon to the RTE toolbar so authors can simply copy and paste an email address into the field without having to worry about adding in “mailto:” prefix? We have a lot of authors who forget this prefix which then turns the link into http://email@somewhere.com causing it to break and show up on our scans as 404/broken link.Seems odd that Adobe would omit this from the UI or any option to configure this to the RTE if needed.RegardsChris.
Hello Everyone,In Adobe Campaign Classic, I am writing a custom typology JavaScript rule that needs to evaluate recipients using campaign‑level or workflow‑level information. While testing, I observed the following behavior in typology JavaScript execution:vars is not defined instance.vars is not defined Workflow transition variables are not accessible Campaign / operation attributes cannot be accessed via Control Typology JavaScript Is there any supported way in Adobe Campaign Classic to access campaign‑level or workflow‑level data directly inside a control typology JavaScript rule?Or is Control typology JavaScript intentionally isolated from workflow and campaign context by design? Thanks!!!Pradyumn @ManviSharma @giuseppebaglio @AmitVishwakarma @arpan-garg @muskaanchandwani
Smart Lists offer a dizzying array of filters (In Past, In Past Before, In Date Range, that stuff) for Date and DateTime fields. Yet you can’t natively check if the current system time — that is, the time a campaign is triggered — is within a certain time range on a certain day. Even if you save {{system.DateTime}} to a field, native filters lack hour-of-day and day-of-week awareness. Obviously, you need both to determine if a form came in during business hours and should be promptly Alert-ed to sales vs. Wait-ed until next business day.[1] Luckily, there’s a workaround for Fills Out Form triggers via a little JS. Create a helper fieldFirst, create a new String (not Date or DateTime) field Filterable Form Timestamp. Add the JSThen add this code to pages with time-sensitive forms:MktoForms2.whenReady(function(readyForm){ const minIncrement = 30; // easier filtering than every minute const ianaTimeZone = "America/New_York"; // working hours in this timezone readyForm.onSubmit(funct
Hi All We would like to integrate Writer agent with Workfront using Fusion. if anyone already done it please provide some suggestions. ThanksSamyuktha
Hello @CynthiaBoon - I hope you're doing well. Could I please have the Workfront Planning recording from March 3rd? Thank you.
In this post, we’ll cover how Session Management in Data Distiller helps administrators monitor concurrent Query Editor sessions across sandboxes and free up capacity when sessions are left open. Please note: This feature is available in limited capability during March 2026 and will be available to everyone by the end of March 2026. Access and PermissionsSession management is available only to organizations with Data Distiller entitlements. To view and end sessions, you must have the Manage Query Session permission. This feature is intended for administrators to end user session when it’s no longer in use. Viewing Active SessionsGo to Queries in the left navigation, then open the Admin tab to view the Session Management table. The table updates in real time and lists all active and inactive sessions across sandboxes. Session Status and Idle TimeUse these fields to decide whether a session can be safely ended: Session status: Inactive sessions can be ended; Active sessions (running a que
ContextAn enterprise customer implementing Adobe Workfront Planning encountered a platform‑imposed limit of 20 calculated fields per record type while trying to add a few additional calculated fields to support new teams. They asked whether this restriction could be overridden.Steps takenSupport investigated and confirmed that Workfront Planning currently enforces a hard limit of 20 calculated fields per record type. This limit is part of the product’s performance guardrails and cannot be changed or increased within an individual customer environment.Business impactThe customer is using a single, centrally governed workspace to maintain consistent intake, taxonomy, and reporting across multiple lines of business. Calculated fields are a core component of their sizing, normalization, and reporting logic. The 20‑field cap forces them to:Remove or consolidate existing calculations Introduce manual workarounds Fragment their data model across multiple record types or workspacesThis undermi
Thank you to everyone who was able to join us today for our Chicago Chapter kickoff meeting. We enjoyed meeting all of you and hope that this conversation thread can keep the momentum going!
With the recent UI changes to Fusion, it is now less clear when a route is disabled. The previous UI showed a red circle with a line through it to indicate a disabled route, the new UI just greys out the connecting line between modules. For enabled routes, the color of the connecting dots depends on the modules that link connects. Particularly between a router and a Tools module, the color change for an enabled vs a disabled route is very slight. This will make it more difficult to quickly see that a route has been disabled. Please bring back the red circle with the line through it.
Hi Workfront SME’s- late last week, hundreds of very old proofs appeared in the My Approvals widget for several users in our Workfront instance (our Deputy CMO has 184 proofs from 2022 & on- the normal amount is 10). Did anyone experience a similar issue? We have had several instances of the My Approvals widget being out of sync with the Proofing module. This issue has happened to us 8 times since May 2025. I sent off a ticket to Adobe on Friday morning asking tech support to re-sync WF & the proofing module immediately, and I AM STILL WAITING for the re-sync to happen. Meanwhile, with hundreds of outdated proofs in the widget, it is causing confusion about what does or does not need to be reviewed, is causing delays on feedback & approvals, and is forcing people to create workarounds such as sending assets via email for approval, which could cause problems for us with internal audits in the future.
Hi, it seems that the latest updates of the Experience League has reset the lastest changes of the Community user profiles and also the conversations, questions and ideas of the last few weeks are missing:Profile name and communication preferences are reset: I change my community user name from a generic to specific, uploaded an image, … everything is gone. Questions, Conversations and Ideas are missing: A gap of 1 month. Subscriptions are missing: Don’t receive the email notification about new topics. Achievements are missing Level is back downCan it be that the data were not correctly migrated? Will Adobe add the delta back. Should change my profile to new username?I post this here are no General topic is available on Experience League. ThanksPatrick
We would like to be able to use the AI Assistant to extract information from custom fields on custom forms on a project, etc. Currently it is not able to intelligently answer questions related to custom field selections and entries.
As an enterprise organization, managing, tracking and auditing changes in our Fusion scenarios that are driving business automation and processes is required. We currently manage this manually on spreadsheets and such but this is a challenge to ensure its always updated. Idea! Incorporate the ability to Check Out and Check In a Fusion scenario to better track and control changes. Other options could include simply include requiring admin update comments (modal form to capture?) upon activation of any scenario. What are we looking for? Ability to identify which scenarios are being worked on Ability to require updates and comments related to changes that are being made Ability to limit turning on scenarios that have not been checked in (risk control) Ability to better report on changes by who, when and what update notes were included
Is there a way to identify document move from 1 folder to another in fusion?
is there any Configuration Guide document for the OCM ? I have attached screenshot of guide document for Adobe Campaign.
I made a report in Workspace and noticed hits from Linux. I broke it down by User Agent and most of the traffic were from Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/130.0.0.0 Safari/537.3. It’s also interesting that the Bounce Rate from these visits are very high, 99%. Are these from bots? If so, is the best way to handle it by making a Processing Rule (in Admin)?
In AA it is possible to resize multiple columns of metrics at the same time in freeform tables. However this nifty feature doesn’t work in CJA as far as I have found. Copilot gives this response:In Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), there is currently no feature that allows you to bulk‑resize multiple metric columns at once. Column width in Freeform Tables can only be adjusted manually, one column at a time, by dragging the column borders in the Workspace UI.Is this feature planned to reappear in CJA?
Hi! Greetings for the day. We are implementing CJA for a leading Healthcare client. We are currently in the discovery phase, where we propose that they start with the CNAME approach using the Web SDK. Given that the CNAME approach is also not full-proof with browsers like Safari, they also want us to explore the Edge Network API for a future-ready implementation. They don't have CDP, and for now, they will only be sending web events (website interactions)-related data to AEP. What I understood is that the API is useful for environments that do not support Web or Mobile SDK, but we can deploy the Web SDK JS on their website. They are considering the advantage of a secure and authenticated way to send sensitive data to the platform via the API, but they only have the website/clickstream data at the moment, which I believe will go through the unauthenticated endpoint (or can we use the authenticated endpoint here?). I believe sending events data for 1000s of website users via the API is n
