Currently when you unassign a user from a task/issue, it automatically fills in the assignee with that user's job role. My company has never used this feature and it just creates extra work and confusion to either remove that job role or to see it in the assignments. It would be great if this is something we could disable in the setup area.
Currently, Salesforce sync errors can only be reviewed manually through Admin > Salesforce > Sync Errors in Marketo. While the UI provides valuable information about job-level and record-level synchronization failures and allows exporting data as a CSV file, there is no supported REST or SOAP API endpoint that exposes this information programmatically. For organizations that rely on centralized reporting, monitoring, and BI platforms, this limitation makes it difficult to automate the collection and analysis of SFDC sync issues.Provide a supported API endpoint that allows customers to retrieve Salesforce synchronization errors programmatically, including:Sync error timestamp Error type/category Error message/details Lead ID and/or SFDC record ID Sync job information Resolution status (if applicable) Ability to filter by date range Pagination support for large datasets
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: <Issue> An issue occurred where the publishing operation failed on the holding company's corporate website. <Cause> The cause was that a file uploaded to Assets did not comply with the naming conventions. However, the current version of AEM Assets allows files that do not adhere to naming conventions to be uploaded without displaying any error messages or warnings. <Request for Improvement> We would like a feature that checks file naming conventions during upload, displays an error or warning for non-compliant files, and controls the upload process. We believe this will help prevent issues upon publication and reduce the operational workload. Use-case: A specification that checks naming conventions during file upload, displays an error or warning for non-compliant files, and controls the upload process. Current/Experienced Behavior: With the current version of AEM Assets, it is possib
Adobe recently announced Sub-Hit analysis for Adobe Analytics. However, this feature will be limited to the Products variable, according to the documentation.Since many customers are using List Vars and List Props, support for Sub-Hit analysis for these dimension types is needed. Please extend this feature to those dimension types.
Add function to API to add nonWorkDay (NONWKD) without needing to nest beneath an object with all other nonWorkDays. Right now to add a nonWorkDay to a schedule all existing nonWorkDays must be collected first as an array. Then the array must be added to with new dates to an edit call on the parent object. The longer the schedule is used the larger this array becomes the harder it is to confirm no errors or missed dates.
Users need to be able to filter and organize their timesheet page. The current filter option is very limited. We'd like users to have the ability to filter, view and group on the timesheet page, similar to functionality available in other sections, where standard choices are provided and the user can add, customize and share as needed.
There should be a setting in the new launch to be able to track s.products without going to the custom code to build the product string.Kind of like how the old GTM had a checkbox to enable e-commerce tracking and it would just read the dataLayer Enhanced Ecommerce (UA) Developer Guide | Google Tag Manager for Web Tracking | Google Developers
I think this has already been submitted somewhere, but it would be great to have a feature where you can join branches of a scenario (router paths) back to the main scenario. For example, I have a form with a multi-select dropdown for brands; the selected brand determines who owns the issues, then other people are notified based on other form fields - those additional users are universal, but we need to create new issues for each brand. Some issues will only have one brand selected, some will have multiple that require duplicate issues to be created with different owners. It would be great to be able to check if multiple brands are selected, and if so iterate through the brands, creating new issues for each in a branch (if only one brand is selected, continue with the main scenario), then have that branch rejoin the main scenario and iterate through the issues to set the rest of the “universal” users based on the shared fields.
Description - We can duplicate modules in Fusion. It's frustrating that we cannot do the same with filters. Why is this feature important to you - We all know what it's like when you're working on a Scenario and then you realize you need a filter to be on the other side of a module. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to move this like a module. Instead, you have to rebuild it. And, depending upon the complexity of the filter, it can be a pain. (I'm encountering this right now.) How would you like the feature to work - Just like you can clone a module, you should be able to copy/paste a filter. Current Behaviour - It doesn't do that and it's extremely annoying.
Currently, Adobe Analytics custom bot rules only support filtering based on User-Agent, IP Address, or IP Range. However, when modern browsers (like Chrome or Edge) send requests without Client Hints, Adobe replaces the un-vetted minor version with a .999 placeholder in the reporting backend (e.g., Chrome 148.999), which is surfaced via the standard Browser dimension.Because this fallback logic happens downstream from the initial User-Agent ingestion, we cannot reliably capture or block these specific spikes using standard User-Agent string matching in our Bot Rules. Why this is needed: A sudden spike in .999 browser versions is a strong indicator of low-quality or bot traffic. However, our data quality is currently suffering because we have no native way to translate this specific reporting dimension back into a bot filter rule. Relying on complex VISTA data engineering or shifting IP ranges is inefficient for dealing with browser-specific anomalies.Proposed Solution: Expand standard A
I believe I have seen this in another thread somewhere and wanted to check on it to see if there have been any updates around this feature but can't seem to find it.. This would be a HUGE win for us if this functionality was possible. Description - Ability to utilize the same 'multi-choice' field on multiple custom form hiding certain choices. Why is this feature important to you - We use the same "Asset Type" dropdown field across all of our different custom forms so that we can easily report on this data, however not all Asset Types should be an available option across all forms. For example: How would you like the feature to work - Example: On Custom Form 1 we would like the 'Asset Types' dropdown to include Print, Email, Social, Web as options to choose from. On Custom Form 2 we would like to hide Web as an Asset Type for them to choose, and only display Print, Email, Social. Current Behaviour - Currently (to my knowledge), yo
It would be valuable if Marketo provided native functionality to identify and assign a Lead Source for new contacts based on their acquisition channel, without relying solely on UTM parameters.Currently, it's possible to identify some new contacts through UTM values, but this doesn't cover traffic from channels such as Organic Search or Direct, where UTM parameters are typically not present. As a result, these common acquisition sources cannot be reliably identified or assigned using native Marketo functionality alone.A native capability to distinguish acquisition channels such as Organic Search, Direct, Paid Search, Referral, and other standard traffic sources, and automatically populate the Lead Source field, would improve attribution accuracy and reduce the need for custom workarounds or external integrations.
Hi Adobe Team, It would be great to have the ability to manually set the cookieDomain in WebSDK (noting that there was previous functionality in Adobe Analytics that allowed for this). We have noticed that in our implementation in some environments the AMCV and kndctr cookies are being placed on the incorrect domain. Adobe Engineering Support has explained that it is because the Web SDK does a guess and check approach that finds the shortest set of subdomains that will accept cookies (based on the publicsuffix list). If a domain is on the list, you cannot write cookies for any of it's sub-domains as the cookies will be incorrectly placed on the main domain, rather than the sub-domain. This is problematic if you require separate cookies to be placed on each separate sub-domain. Currently there appears to be no way to manually set the cookieDomain, as mentioned in the following documentation:"The Web SDK can determine the correct cookie storage domain witho
Currently, Workspace allows us to export reports in PDF and CSV formats. We would like to know if it would be possible to also add Excel (.xlsx) as an export option, as we are experiencing several issues when working with CSV files:- We work with program and video titles that contain commas. When exporting the report as a CSV and opening it to process the data, these titles are split into multiple columns, making the data difficult to work with.- For time-based metrics, the CSV export converts the values into seconds, causing us to lose the time format (hh) and preventing us from working with the data correctly. We would also like this enhancement to apply not only to report exports, but also to the scheduled delivery of reports in Excel format through both Workspace and Data Warehouse.Thank you in advance.

You govern everything that moves through AEM. Every image has metadata. Every template has an owner. Every asset runs an approval before it ships. That's the whole point of managing your content and assets in one place instead of scattered drives. So here's an uncomfortable question: can you prove that every font rendering across your web properties, and sitting embedded in your asset library, is actually licensed for the way you're using it, and on-brand? For most enterprises, the honest answer is no. And that gap is quietly two problems at once: a legal exposure and a brand problem. The blind spot at scaleA DAM is built to govern assets. Fonts are a strange asset class, though, because they usually aren't a file in your library; they're a dependency living inside other files. They arrive embedded in PSDs and PDFs, baked into agency deliverables, uploaded inside templates, riding along in third-party creative. They slip governance precisely because nobody catalogs a dependency. Multip

I've been experimenting with different ways to reduce repetitive operational work, and I'm curious about other people's experiences with AI agents. Our team still jumps between project tools, email, spreadsheets, and chat just to keep work moving. Even after trying a few automation tools (and recently looking at platforms like WorksBuddy), I keep wondering whether AI agents actually reduce the workload or simply create another layer to monitor. For those who've used AI agents for things like updating project status, managing follow-ups, summarizing meetings, or syncing information across different tools—has it genuinely saved time?Where have you seen the biggest impact? And where do AI agents still struggle enough that you'd rather handle the work yourself?I'm especially interested in real-world experiences rather than feature lists. Has anyone found a workflow where AI feels like a reliable teammate instead of another tool that needs constant supervision?
There are two toggles in the Target Activity QA Link UI:Match audience rules to see experiences → This is toggled OFF by default Show default content for all other activities → This is toggled ON by defaultWe share preview links with business partners of all technical levels, and users are constantly perplexed that after previewing a draft activity, they can no longer see any live activities.I’ve explained they can use the Target QA bookmarklet or manually clear the at_qa_mode cookie, but the better solution is for me to remember to toggle the second option off before sharing links. But it’s not sticky, so that’d be helpful: toggle it off once per activity and it should retain that state instead of defaulting back to ON. Better yet would be a global setting in the Admin panel, like there is for the VEC settings.
Description -Why is this feature important to you -Basic formatting (e.g. Bold, Italics, Underline, Superscript, Subscript) to assist with interacting with and responding to commenters How would you like the feature to work - Include the formatting in the commentsCurrent Behaviour - There is no formatting (e.g.Bold, Italics, Underline, Superscript, Subscript) in the proof commenting
It would be really useful to be able to italicise/bold/superscript copy in a comment that we want to include as new copy in a document that is being reviewed. At the moment, we need to type out the copy that is to be inserted and then add separate notes to design to let them know what is to be italicised/bold/superscripted. Also, it would be good to be able to add more that one format to the copy, e.g. italicised and bold
Hello,In the reports area, if you toggle on the option to “use shareable folders, you can’t see which reports are on a dashboard. You can only see that information if you have that toggle off. It’s not an option to add that column either when you have that toggle on. I think it would be helpful to see what dashboards the reports are on as well as the shareable folder as columns. Thanks!Mary
Wouldn’t it be great if we could customize the summary panel for Workfront Calendars? I’ve tried to update the Summary Panel settings within Layout Templates, but it doesn’t appear to apply to calendars. Ideally, I would like to customize what fields pull into the calendar summary panel at the calendar level, rather than via a Layout Template.
Hi there,It would be great if Marketo introduce a feature to add the custom meta data to the Marketing Assets so that it can be leveraged for the 3rd party integration meetings. Thanks!
