Description:Not all clicks are equal value. I would like for clicks in an email to be classified as positive, neutral or negative. Why is this feature important to you: - Evaluating campaigns based on clicks, is now more important than opens as a metric to determine actual engagement. Quality of engagement is then unknown without looking at destination of clicks. How would you like the feature to work -Reporting on Positive clicks (Desired CTA) should be classified differently than Negative click (Unsubscribe/preference centre options), than Neutral clicks (Click on Company Logo). This would provide a better metric reporting within the tool in the dashboard. When tagging the email, I want to assign a value to the click. Current Behaviour -Not an option in the current model.
DescriptionLike many other marketing automation softwares out there, they come with some sort of functionality allowing you to generate a mirror page URL dynamically for specific deliveries sent to recipients / profiles. The means of doing so is not really important in my opinion, it is more the actual opportunity to do it that is important here. Why is this feature important to youLike many other businesses, we have a customer service department that are dealing a whole lot with questions like: "You just sent me this email, why is that" for instance. It has been really beneficial for us to allow the agent to actually look up the email and see a preview / mirror page of that email to increase the customer experience in that specific scenario. We are currently using Adobe Campaigns feature to generate a mirror page using the API's.var url = nms.delivery.GetMirrorURL(000000001,"00000002") How would you like the feature to workIn my opinion an api solution for this would b
Description - Add filters to audience section in AJO to have a better understanding of in which journeys the audiences are currently being used (in journeys in particular, but also destinations). Why is this feature important to you - This would be extremely helpful when it comes to organizing (and deleting) segments and to quickly see which audiences are currently in use (and used in which particular journey). Right now, we have to go through every single journey and document the audience being used. How would you like the feature to work - It would be great if there was a filter (or customize table option) of some sorts that would tell you the journey in which the audience is used. But destinations could also be added as well for example.Current Behaviour - This is currently not an option
During the discovery phase of the project, our company has stated that the banners/offers proposed to an actor/customer may vary in case the customer is at a certain stage of a given customer journey (also called digital experience). Our requirements state: - We want to make changes on priority or eligibility in banners depending on the phase of the digital experience the customer is in. Example: We want to promote banners Home1, Home3 and Home5 if customer is in stage - Near real-time requirements (this disables the Query Service option) - This could be applied to any customer experience that makes uses of the phases defined for our journeys This enhancement request is raised to get an out of the box integrated solution covering our needs. The (updates to) journey stages should be available to be used within Offer Decisioning Engine, ready for use in offer prioritization and eligibility. This should be available out of the box, without need to build a 3rd party backend
Currently when within an Offer Decisioning call deduplication is required between decision scopes a Round Robin principle is applied between scopes, meaning that every scope in turn gets an Offer assigned, even if the first scope in the decision requires two or more Offers. It should be possible to first return all Offers required for the first scope before turning to assigning Offers to the next scopes.Applying the Round Robin principle causes sub-optimal Offer assignments to scopes. An Offer with a higher priority gets assigned to the second scope in the decision instead of to the first scope. The order of the scopes in the decision is in that sense not respected.
Currently Offer Decisioning context parameters cannot be used to personalize content. It should be possible to use Offer Decisioning context parameters in content personalization. In some cases we want to differentiate content based on context parameters of the Offer Decisioning Request. E.g. language parameter : customers can use our apps in a language that differs from the language known in their profile, we want to propose content in the language that they are using the app in. We must avoid having content in a different language from the language the app is used in.
Currently the language parameter in the content definition screen is not of any use. It is not possible to have more than one content per Offer per Placement, even if they are in a different language. So content differentiation on language needs to be done through if statements in the same single JSON per Placement. It should be possible to define a content per Placement per language. We need to have the same content always in two languages, Dutch and French. It would be most logic to be able to indicate in the language parameter in which language the content is defined. Now this language parameter is not of any use in the content definition screen. Adding the possibility to define a content per Placement per language would also simplify the JSON definition of the content because additional if statements can be avoided.
Currently Offer Decisionig Simulations via UI can only be executed for customers flagged as 'test' customers. It should be possible to execute Offer Decisionig Simulations via UI for all customers without having impact on for example capping parameters. It should be posible to execute an Offer Decisioning request and seeing the result without impactig customer profile, this means as a real 'simulation' via UI (not realistic call). There is no way in the UI to check a customers' eligibility or Offer scores for specific Offers. In case of complaints or inquiries on what Offers a customer sees, we need to be able to simulate the customers' situation without impactig it to understand what is happening. This means not influencing the future behaviour of the Offer Decisioning for the customer itself. E.g. A customer should not reach the capping of an Offer because we simulated the behaviour of the Offer Decsisioning for him or her.
Currently there is no UI support at all for writing Ranking expressions (no operator suggestions, no profile attributes lists, no offer attributes lists, …). It should be possible to get some UI support when writing Ranking expressions.Avoid having to know all eperators and all profile and offer variable names by haert to more easily develop Ranking expressions.
Currently a fall back-offer is obligatory. Fall-back Offers should be optional so that an Offer Decisionig request can be empty when there is no persoalized Offer to propose. It should remain an option not to propose anything to the customer if there is no personalized Offer to be proposed.
We would like to see Adobe workspaces have an option to embed a link to the live report that allows a visitor to interact with the report. We would like to use the “Share with anyone” link in the workspaces to be able to embed this in iFrame. This would make our work a lot easier.
For developers it is not possible to edit the html of a fragment. In ACS this was possible via Edit - HTML. Once you have created the fragment via the Designer, if the code is not working as it should, you should be able to edit the html as well. That is how developers usually work. The feature should work something like in ACS where you can add the edit HTML option somewhere. Current behavior is create a new fragment, but that is not ideal.
In AJO we cannot delete fragments which should not be used anymore. There is an archiving option. Next to archiving my team would like to have this feature to clean up fragments which should never be used anymore This should only be possible with certain rights, not for every user. Current Behaviour = Archiving all fragments which should not be used anymore. Any ideas?
Description - Sorry if the subject was a bit cryptic 😀 When creating email content we often have content to be shown to only a set of customers e.g. has not downloaded our mobile app or belongs to this VIP customer group. In todays dynamic content there is always a default option, so we cannot use the built in functionality to include/exclude customers to receive this specific topic. We solve this today using a IF statement in the HTML code or add a Offer. It works but it's not as easy as adding a dynamic rule. And we see it might be more complicated the more offers we will add to the email content. Why is this feature important to you - We are going to start using fragments and several offers with in our email content. having the possibility to add a dynamic content to be shown only to some customers without having a default item will make it easier for not-so-technical content creators to generate email content. How would you like t
Description -* In an enterprise context, there are multiple users who will open and may make changes to a canavs. Having an inspectable history of changes that have happened will enable the ability to pinpoint which last change may have caused negative effects to the canvas' outputsWhy is this feature important to you - This will increase agility for our canvas teams and improve our debug speed. How would you like the feature to work - When inside an actual canvas, navigate to Canvas Properties, expandable section to show version changesCurrent Behaviour - Only able to see "Last Updated By" and "Last Update" on the Journeys > Browse UI
Description - We have noticed that when two users have the same canvas open, and they are both making changes to the canvas (co-editing), changes are not saved between both users at the same time. As a result, we've tried to enforce discipline where one user has the canvas open at a time and users who finish editing a canvas closes that window/tab, in order to not affect future users' changes to the canvas. However, this does not always work well. It would help to know when the canvas is receiving active data from a users' session, so that I can proactively reach out to that user internally to ask them to close their windows/tabsWhy is this feature important to you - We have lost work due to "loss of changes" because of the lack of co-editing supportHow would you like the feature to work - It would help if there was a way to show when another user has the canvas active. This could look like how the Google Suite/Microsoft Office shows active sessions from other users. Current Behav
Hi Everyone,I am currently integrating Adobe Target into a site that uses Content Security Policy (CSP) headers with nonce values for third-party and inline scripts:Content-Security-Policy: script-src 'nonce-<value>' I am using Adobe Launch to load Target. Adobe Launch supports nonce and successfully loads Target along with other extensions and rules. However, I am encountering an issue with Javascript in the Target experiences. These experiences are based on Target Experience Templates (https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/target-experience-templates) that is, consist of a <script> element with Javascript inside. It appears that Target does not insert the nonce when placing the script on the page.Is there a way to instruct Adobe Target to specify the nonce when inserting Javascript experiences?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Adobe Community, Trying to integrate aws dynamoDB to update records in dynamoDB. we are using awsSDK 2.x version to integrate it, converted aws jar to OSGI jar & resolve the dependencies, but still it throws nullpointer exception on the DynamoDBClient object when called in the OSGI service class. Want to check if anyone had did dynamoDB integration before & help with the steps or help on resolve on instantiation of DynamoDBClient in the service (@reference is not working directly). Thanks in advance!
I have a user that can perform CRUD operations via the UI.He is inside the OOTB Contributors group and has permissions for a specific dam path: `/content/dam/data`, where he can create, read, update and delete Content Fragments. When this same user tries to perform CRUD operations over the Assets API, AEM throws an error13.03.2025 09:10:36.149 *WARN* [141.135.37.92 [1741857036142] POST /api/assets/data/retailers/postman/postman-team-member HTTP/1.1] com.adobe.granite.rest.impl.servlet.PostRequest Exception during request processing. org.apache.sling.api.resource.PersistenceException: Unable to commit changes to session. at org.apache.sling.jcr.resource.internal.helper.jcr.JcrResourceProvider.commit(JcrResourceProvider.java:519) [org.apache.sling.jcr.resource:3.0.18] at org.apache.sling.resourceresolver.impl.providers.stateful.AuthenticatedResourceProvider.commit(AuthenticatedResourceProvider.java:240) [org.apache.sling.resourceresolver:1.10.0] at org.apache.sling.resource
I've created the below segment that tracks the customers who have viewed this specific URL and then submit an order with a certain type of product. I believe this is only tracking the customers that complete these actions within the same visit. I'm interested in modifying this segment to track the customers that come this this URL and then either in the same visit or a future visit, submit an order with this certain type of product. What changes do I need to make in order to capture this wider population?
Description - I applaud for finally making some changes to the Target UI. However, there are several items that I think are needed to help improve it. 1. There's a lot of wasted space on the far left where it says 'all activities' 'failed and draft activities' . That takes up a whole 'column' of space in my layout.2. the columns still can't be adjusted for width. Our activity names are very long and it would be helpful to be able to adjust the width of that column so we can see more of the name. Even if you delete an multiple columns of data, it does not re-adjust column widths to fill page and show more of the activity name. 3. in the old UI, you could hover over the activity name and see the full name, that is no longer possible. The only way to see the full name is to click into it. That's very inefficient.4. You have a bug where often times when you click on an activity name, instead of loading that activity, it just reloads the main page. Why is this feature important to you -
Hi Team,We’re planning to create 188 forms within 60 days and prefer using Adaptive Forms with Core Components for better performance. Can someone confirm:Does the AEM Forms AI Assistant generate forms using Core Components or Foundational Components? Are there any limitations?Does it work based on Gen AI prompts, or do we need to upload PDF/XFA?Can it handle field-level validations and business rules?Appreciate any insights from those who’ve used it.Regards,Vara
It seems like after clicking the Preview Dataset in the top corner of the page, it only previews the latest ingestion batch. Is there anyway I can view the previous ones, too?
Hi all, Curious if Adobe Target offers any form of a Product Comparison Tool, most commonly used by retailers on Product Detail pages. This allows the item to be compared to other similar items from the same/or/different brands - comparing things like price, reviews, size, features, etc. Has anyone tried to implement this feature using Adobe Target? Thanks!
Are these numbers shown somewhere how much traffic does the website require to make sense to implement for example Automated Personalization?
